This is a 3-bedroom rural home with a King size plush mattress in the master bedroom with En Suite bathroom which features a modern single vanity sink and a stall shower. The second bedroom located next to the master bedroom has a twin xl size bunk bed, the third bedroom has a queen-size bed. A unique feature is the pool table and big screen TV in the living room area which is open to the kitchen which has granite countertops and stainless farmhouse style sink. Vermont Chalet

Killington Skiing, Pico Peak, Sugar Bush, Mad River are all within distance. Killington is 14 miles away. Fall folliage is fabulous; kitchen well equipped; very light and lovingly cared for. Spring and summer are just as wonderful. I am walking distance to the White River where there is canoeing, tubing and swimming. Within walking distance is the Gaysville Campgrounds. Here you'll find river access to a fabulous swimming hole in the White River as well as trails to explore or walk your dog.

Please be advised that during winter months you may need to walk up Winterberry lane and our driveway if you do not have an AWD vehicle with good snow tires. Ramp to access apartment, with stair free access. Pond, views and located in the center of the state, a great place to start!

Swim or paddle up at Silver Lake, or run or ride on the many tree-lined dirt roads.

Our finished basement guest suite is on a country road, 4 miles from Interstate 89. 4 miles from MacDonalds 2miles from two country stores 6 miles from regional hospital Grazing cattle, and horses nearby. Working 600 acre farm borders our property. Silloway Maple Sugarhouse within walking or bicycling distance.

Stained glass windows, pocket doors. 4 bedrooms, 9 beds ...two of the bedrooms have 1 queen and a daybed with trundle, third bedroom has 1 queen and fourth bedroom has a daybed with a trundle (this room is still awaiting some floor work but is function-able for sleeping) and a full size couch can be used as well in the TV room which has doors for privacy.
