House was easy to find. It was very nice and clean. About 15 minutes to downtown. Will highly recommend. I will definitely be staying again.

Our time at Matthew’s place was phenomenal! Everything is as pictured, but the pictures doesn't do much just for how nice this house was. I'm an extreme clean freak when traveling, and usually bring my own cleaning products, but I had nothing to worry about here. If you're considering this home, DO IT!

Amazing spot - love the home and backyard area, and such a good peice point!! Short ride on the L downtown, safe home, and LOVE having access to a garage!! Adam was responsive and helpful, and he was so understanding about one of our kids who accidentally broke part of the furniture there. 5/5, would go back next time we are in Chicago!!

After two unpleasant AirBnB experiences I swore off AirBnB, but I took a chance on the website due to a family emergency requiring a dog-friendly place to stay 12.5 hours from home. I booked with Erika and Jamie, and I had a fantastic experience! I would definitely book their home again. The backyard was spacious for my two Australian Shepherds. The space was as described and as expected. They were very responsive if I reached out with questions or when I needed to extend my stay. The house was clean, bug-free, and had functioning heat, which was huge for this southern girl and her dad. The wifi worked well for me to work remotely in the mornings while dad and I had separate streaming services running. I am not much of a chef and the chaos of the trip did not leave much time for cooking, so I cannot speak to the functionality of the kitchen. However, I can praise the local restaurants for having some top notch food. Thank you Jamie and Erika for your hospitality!

Cathy was a great host, very responsive! House was great, it accommodated our family size perfect. The only thing in my opinion that was missing was washer and dryer access in the home. We were traveling with toddlers and couldn’t wash a load of clothes. But aside from that everything else was great.

Tom and his dog Bear... were great!! Beautiful home and great area. A lot of places that we wanted to go to were close by will definitely come again. Thank for having such a welcoming home.

We absolutely loved our stay with Jehu in Itasca! I grew up there in my childhood and her home made us feel so cared for and comforted. It is beautifully laid out, well appointed and so convenient for travelers that want to stay in the suburbs but have easy access to the city and airport. I plan to stay often when I return!

The listing was very spacious and easily allowed for our bigger group to spread out and enjoy amenities like the ping pong table, darts and the hot tub. The area is very convenient to walk to the store or restaurants. The hosts were very communicative before and during our stay. A great value and fun place to stay!

The Iklektik House is an absolute gem! Everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay, just enough space for two in a bright, clean, and cozy space with tons of charming little historic details and charm, while still perfectly accomodating for a modern stay. The neighborhood was fantastic with lots to do and see, and we much appreciated the amenities Mindy and Tony offer in their clean and welcoming space (coffee! Plenty of fresh linens and we could have cooked a meal if we had more time) Parking on the street was always easy but we ended up walking a lot since there are so many shops and places to eat in the neighborhood. 11/10 - would absolutely book again!

Super trevligt boende. Rent, modernt och har verkligen allt man behöver. Yolanda är en trevlig och hjälpsam värd. Rekommenderat varmt boendet. Åker vi till chicago, kommer vi utan tvekan att bo på samma ställe.

We would have cleaned the dishes we used but could not find the dish soap. Great place!

This was a beautiful place with an excellent view of Lake Michigan. Both rooms had comfortable beds and setup with everything you need. Kitchen is well stocked, but we mostly ordered Grub Hub, lol. Loved spending time here and great place to hangout and chat with friends. It is right on the water and we really enjoyed watching the waves crash against the barrier. It is on the 2nd floor, but the stairs are not bad at all. Felt very safe and having the parking space is a great perk. Very commutative and checked in with us to make sure everything was fine. Would definitely stay here again!

Daniela’s place was perfect for us! Tons of space and she was so kind about the kids’ noise - we try to keep it down but with 3 it’s not always easy. Beautiful apartment - super clean and comfortable - I considered for the first time moving to Evanston someday. Thank you Daniela!

Marissa's place is a short walking distance from several coffeeshops, restaurants, and bars. Easy to get to from the blue line. The place was nice and spacious. I would stay here again. Thanks!

Beautiful clean home in a quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for our family and the hosts were helpful and hospitable. When we return to Chicago in the future we know we have a perfect place to stay!! 😊
