Very cozy atmosphere, walkable to various restaurants, private. Had a roll-a-bed that was super comfy! Washer and dryer was nice! You do hear footsteps above you, off and on, for this unit #2 and one night was quite loud, party loud, later in the evening, however was very attentive to move to another part of the house and calm the noise. My son keeps early sleeping hours and noise at 8:30pm was concerning- but owner made an effort to fix that. Last thing I would have liked the last night refunded since I did check out a day early - fair trade for an early check-in and use of the washer and dryer on two occasions 👍🏻 Would recommend

Had a great stay at Joseph's for the Bentonville Half Marathon. It's a short 6 minute drive to downtown in no traffic. I slept well, the shower water can be as hot as you need it to be, Wifi worked well, and the closet is spacious. While it's open parking during the day until 7pm, you will need to park in front of the Leasing Office Visitor's Parking spots.

Close to the AMP for the concert we attended. Good location.

I stayed at Todd's place on a business trip and it had everything I needed! It was walking distance to some coffee shops, cookie shops, cute stores and restaurants. I also loved the amenities like the gym and the pool looked amazing (although I didn't swim in it due to it being colder). The airbnb looked exactly like the pictures and was very cute and cozy! It had everything I needed to prepare breakfast and lunch for my work days. Overall, would highly recommend staying at here!

Great place, exactly what we were looking for. Everything you need to feel like at home but closer to nature. We spent a few days biking and walking around area and was relaxing. Highly recommend the place.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Communication with the host was easy and pleasant. K. Aurora goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay! Will definitely see if this home is available on our next trip to Bentonville.

This is a great house for mtn bikers. You can ride out of the driveway and be on local trails in less than 3 minutes. It is also peaceful with a nice back deck that overlooks the woods. The garage was nicely equipped with helpful bike amenities like an advanced pump, tire irons, and bike tools. Keep in mind that Bella Vista is about a 20 min drive to the heart of Bentonville (where all the action is). Host was responsive and kept things simple and clear.

A modern, comfy, centrally located home with plenty of bathrooms & showers to accommodate a bigger group. Decently outfitted kitchen to support cooking meals onsite. The condo is part of a townhome community, but still a feels fairly private, especially the fenced in outdoor space. Located in the garage, they’ve provided a few keys essentials for tending to your bikes; a bike repair stand, a pump and some small tidbits, like CO2 cartridges. We certainly did our part to keep the Airship coffee next door in business.

Thank you so much for opening your home to us. Everything was perfect for our family. When our fights were cancelled due to weather, we were able to stay two additional nights. Thank you for helping us out!

Top Tier AirBNB Host. The communication and help in planning our extended weekend golf trip was absolutely next level. The house was in a good location to quickly get to everything that Northwest Arkansas has to offer. The house is comfortable and has plenty of space. Would stay here again without question.
