Charming U of A Area Cottage

Beautiful and bright newly renovated studio located on a unique ¾ acre property near the U of A. This tiny (220 sq. feet) and charming cottage was originally the water-pump house (in the 1940’s). Concrete tile floors, brick walls, shade trees and yard art add to the charm of this quiet get away. The cottage has a walk in shower and a kitchen area consisting of a fridge and microwave and is set up to allow you plenty of privacy. Great location with easy access to Tucson’s entertainment district.

Sandy and I invite you to enjoy a secluded hide away from the hustle and bustle of city life. We are located 4 miles from the Cochise Stronghold Mountains, The Chiricahua National Monument to the East is 45 minutes away. Our small town of Sunsites host the Iron Skillet which serves breakfast and lunch ,while TJ's bar and grill serves meals all day. Wonderful BBQ! Lots of History with Tombstone just an hour away. Kartchner Caverns State Park is 45 minutues away. Don't forget our wines!

Located on 5 acres in the San Pedro National Riparian Area, take in the sights of the Sonoran Desert or the restaurants and shops of Bisbee, Sierra Vista, & Tombstone. A quick 15 minute drive gets you right into SV. We are a 5 minute walk to Riparian Area Trailheads and a short drive from the Huachuca Mountains. 3:10 to Dragoon studio cabin is only 1 hr east of Tucson and 3 miles off the I-10 in the tiny town of Dragoon. Our property borders trust land w/unobstructed mountain views. We are near the Willcox Wine Trail, Cochise Stronghold, and Chiricahua Nat'l Monument. The cozy cabin is equipped with an outdoor hot shower, cassette toilet, heat/ac, kitchenette and double bed. This is glamping at its finest in Cochise country! (At 4600' elevation, we are 10-15 degrees cooler than Tucson or Phoenix!)

Private room with separate entrance, bath, patio, parking & kitchenette. NO Cleaning Fee. Single pet fee. Not recommended for day sleepers. We have 2 small dogs. This cozy 250 sq ft studio apartment, with dedicated one-car garage space, is located in a quiet neighborhood near the Huachuca mountains. The space is on the second story above the garage of a single-family home. Its charming size is perfect for individuals and couples. The shower and bathroom are small (may be uncomfortable for people over 6 feet). Works well for military, contractors, traveling nurses, and bird watchers. Includes everything needed for a short or long-term stay.

Time Capsule in the Sonoran Desert

Time Capsule is a unique experience in an space age module dropped in the middle of an 11 acres desert sanctuary and sculpture park, adjacent to the Saguaro National Park. Enjoy the quietness of the desert in a safe environment located at just 35 minutes from downtown Tucson. Because of the refinement of the interior design we cannot accept any pet, service animal, nor children in the Time Capsule. Please note that check in is in person only and not later than 10:00PM. No exception!

Nestled at the foot of stunning Red Butte, Thunderbird Suite is southwestern decor with antique furniture. Just outside the glass doors, is a desert landscape of Saguaros & other Sonoran natural desert cactus & trees. Thunderbird is an independent, private suite added onto the main house, with a wall separating it. There is laundry available just next to the private bath with shower & tub. This is a cute guest house in the heart of Cochise county. We are near Tombstone, Bisbee, Sierra Vista, Benson and Kartchner caverns. The house is neat and clean. It contains all of the amenities needed for your enjoyment. Saint David is generally 5 to 10 degrees cooler than Tucson and Phoenix. We have two A/C - Heater units to keep the temperature inside at your comfort level. We now have a laundry room available. Golf clubs available to use at nearby golf courses.
