We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location was stellar — close to everything we needed for fishing and hiking Bennet Spring, yet peaceful and relaxing. The home itself was lovely, beautifully maintained, and offered excellent accommodations that made us feel right at home. Communication was seamless with quick and helpful responses throughout our stay. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and would love to return!

Lovely place to spend a quiet weekend away. Very cozy and we were able to use the fire place which made the whole trip that much more memorable. We were pleased to find clean linens and comfortable mattresses. Clean bathroom facilities and good hot water. Very pleased and would definitely stay again

Clean, cozy, and close to Bennett Springs! Great house big enough for our family of 6 with 4 adult kids! Having the resort restaurant and store so close was also a plus! Awesome stay!

Come back to this place second time for friend strip and golf. Stunning view with spacious patio for hanging out. Joe is friendly, helpful and responsive. Recommend to rent cottage 21 instead of 22 if you are only looking for renting one unit. Cottage 21 living room is much bigger.

We really enjoyed our time here. Some of the best fishing my family has ever had. Cindy and Johnny did a great job addressing any issues we had promptly. They worked with us to get an earlier check-in due to incoming severe weather. We went from 76 and sunny to 35 and snowy. If you want seclusion, this is the place!

Great little cabin. Husband and I had a great time. Everything was clean, and it seems like they thought of everything in the cabin. Easy access to Bennett. The only complaint is the water hearer is quite small, and rhe hot water ran out very quickly when raking a shower. Make sure you get your timing right and don't wash dishes right before shower time.

what a wonderful cabin in the woods. this was a great place to relax. the back porch was one of our favorite places to hang out. we spend time fly fishing at Bennett Springs and this place was so close to the river. they allowed our fur baby to join us with no extra fees which is always a plus. plenty of blankets, pillows & beds for all. we will be returning.

Was a great place to stay! Other air b&bers were pleasent on both sides of us sharing food, drinks and stories by the fire in the evenings! It was great all the way around! Will definitely consider booking again in the future!

The place was very clean. Looked like Cabin 9 had just been remodeled. Lisa was great to deal with! The air conditioning was great. The pool was clean!

The home was clean and spacious and was definitely worth paying a little more for instead of tent camping like we usually do. Full kitchen with a big fridge and washer and dryer. We had more than enough space for the 8 people who stayed. Lot's of space outside. They also provided the ride to and from the river, along with raft rentals from Sand Springs. We will definitely be staying again.

Such a lovely place, so peaceful and quiet. The cabin is so cute, and we love chilling while watching the beautiful lake. We would love to come back!

Exactly what I was looking for - a relaxing getaway. Beautiful place inside and out. Had everything I needed in the kitchen too.

We came for my son’s army graduation and we couldn’t be more happy with the place that we picked to stay! Shelly made us feel right at home, even invited us to her house for my grandchildren and my daughter to play! When we got snowed in, she made sure she brought us food! She’s an absolutely amazing person and if we ever come back, we’re definitely staying with her!!!! our state was absolutely perfect because of her!!! The kindness she showed my family was absolutely unbelievable!!!

My wife and I have 3 kids and this get away was exactly what we were looking for. Fire pit right on the water. Beautiful views, relaxing, & great rustic cabin to sleep in. Honestly only went inside to sleep. I’m not much of a fisher but looked like a great place to reel them in. When we can get a weekend baby sitter again we will definitely be back!
