Thật sự là quá yêu căn này đi. Giả cả hợp lý, khu dân cư yên tĩnh. Dưới lầu là circle K, trong khu có vincom, kingfood. Tối đến tự nấu ăn, nằm coi phim, ngắm trời là hết bài.

place was great and I loved the view from the balcony! it was my favorite spot to have morning coffee. also great that the place has a washing machine! And it was amazing to have shops around the bottom floor of the apartment and chill areas with built in sinks and grills. Just a great spot, check it out!

I recently stayed at VI’s apartment in District 9 and had a wonderful experience. The apartment is spacious, well equipped with kitchen utensils, cleaning supplies, and a washer perfect for long term stays. The amenities are excellent, with a big pool and gym. Nearby, there’s an amusement park, water park, and a night street food market. Stores like Circle K and Seven Eleven are open late, perfect for snacks and boba drinks. The apartment is quiet, ideal for remote work or a peaceful getaway. The electric bus service from the complex to Ho Chi Minh’s tallest tower near the city center is super convenient. While the location is a bit farther from the city’s hustle and bustle, the tranquility and nearby attractions made it worth it. The only downside was that Netflix didn’t work during our stay, which was a small inconvenience when we wanted to relax. Overall, I highly recommend this place for its peaceful atmosphere and great amenities. Be sure to download the VinBus app for bus time.

The host (Huy aka Robert) was very helpful and responsive. The apartment was as advertised. Beautiful view from the 20th floor of the building. The apartment was very well-equipped so i didn’t need to buy much else. There are plenty of shops, restaurants nearby so not a problem if you don’t like cooking your own food.

Tôi đã có một kì nghỉ tuyệt vời tại nhà của Hao, ngôi nhà rất sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi, xung quanh có nhiều tiện ích, nhà hàng, siêu thị, chợ đêm, xe buýt miễn phí, tôi thật sự rất hài lòng về nơi này, Hao rất thân thiện và tiếp đón tôi một cách chu đáo, tôi chắc chắn sẽ trở lại nơi này!

Заселение автоматическое очень простое. В соседнем доме три магазина и кафе. Через дорогу палатка с фруктами и овощами. Рядом мало вегетарианских кафе, только доставка. Шикарный вид из окна на город. Арендодатель отзывчивый и всегда идёт навстречу, если что-то нужно. Уборка регулярная и качественная. атмосфера тихая. Но рядом дорога, бывает шумно. Но нам не принципиально. Горячей воды достаточно, чтобы помыть длинные волосы, и ещё остается. Установлен фильтр для воды. В каждой комнате есть кондиционер. Хорошая стиральная машина. Много полок. С утра и до полудня бывает жарко, так как солнце попадает в окно. Кондо новый и чистый. В лобби оставляют посылки из доставки, если заранее написать об этом доставщикам. Полностью совпадает с фото. Апартаменты достаточно новые. Дизайн не пёстрый, приятный. Жили больше месяца

Had a great week here, so many shops and restaurant close, clean and safe area, definitely recommended! :) Whenever I needed help, I got a reply within minutes. Tip: Ask host for transport!

inspite of minor problems, it's overall good and worth for price.

This was the best place I’ve stayed in the city. The room was bright, clean, and very quiet. The only downside was that it’s a bit far from the tourist areas. I arrived quite late on the check-in day and accidentally went to the neighbor’s house because I didn’t notice the front gate in the photo (it’s a silver-colored gate). Luckily, I eventually found the right place. I was surprised that Nhung's father could speak English! Even though he’s quite elderly, he was very kind and took the time to show me around and explain everything. I’m really appreciate! :)

This place is quite clean and with privacy. There are plenty of cafe and restaurants around in walkable distance. The host is kind and friendly. I actually have extended my stay:)
