Had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, well-organized, and very comfortable. Everything was tidy and nicely arranged, making it feel like home. The location was perfect—close to everything, which made getting around super convenient. Highly recommend!

To start with we are superhosts ourselves and picky ones as well. Barhaam left nothing in this place to chance, the attention to detail is phenomenal, from the design of the place to the amneties, their placement and daily supplies available, don't known where to start. It's got it all, from the electrical remoteness control garage door, free elite parking spot, to the concierge, fully secure CCTV gates building, the apartment on a floor of it's own and as soon as you get in, breathtaking panoramic city skyline view. The detailed design of every area of the house, designed to convenience, such as the living room table, is on little wheels so you can. ring it closer when u need to, a blanket elegantly placed on the sofa chair with a leather leg rest, which is placed diagonally for the best skyline view. The coffee machine, with complimentary espresso fills, the tea, herbs, the electrical shutters and we've run out of characters. Simply a top spot and top friendly, lovely host. Welldone

It is a hotel experience in Hamra. Means there is some permanent noise around.I knew that before. I liked the apartment and enjoyed my 31 days-stay a lot. The building is well located, with plenty of shops, supermarkets, AUB, Corniche...etc in walking distance.

Nice apartment, friendly staff, all went smoothly - but wouldn’t recommend the area for non-Arabic speakers visiting Beirut.

Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Er hat mich von einem Hotel in die Wohnung gebracht. Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock, war sehr sauber, hell und es gibt alles was man braucht. Außerdem gibt es 24 h in der Wohnung Strom. Aufgrund des Stromausfalls kann man leider nicht jede Zeit mit dem Fahrstuhl fahren. Der Hausmeister kann den Fahrstuhl anmachen, aber nicht immer. Und nur, wenn man nach oben fahren möchte. Für Personen, die im Rollstuhl sitzen sollen zuerst mit dem Gastgeber Ahmed in Verbindung setzen. Er ist super nett und sicherlich findet er eine Lösung. Vielen Dank für alles. Gern wieder

When I'm back in Beirut, I will definitely book this accommodation again! The host is very friendly, the apartment is nice and clean, and the location is just top, you have everything nearby, you even don’t need a taxi

If I could give this place 6 stars I would. Its simply perfect and here is what stood out: Place: ultra modern fully equipped, spacious with 24/7 electricity and hot water, heating and A/C in every room. And I do mean 24/7 full supply. The place also has plates, cutlery, salt, tea, sugar, iron board, kettle, coffee machine, anything you could think of that will resemble what you have in your home plus more. Location: within walking distance to high street Broummana and obviously a minute drive, with underground gated parking plus on grade parking by the entrance. I travelled with my 90+ year old dad so that was very handy. Basement lift will take you right to your apartment door and it’s a couple of steps away from the parking lot. Host: Elie is a fantastic host, he checked on us in persons several times and anything we wanted was a few minutes away. Elie is also supported by his team who are extra responsive almost on the spot. Definitely coming back

This is a great place to use as a base - it's a little far away from a tone of cafes and the like but the front desk will get you anything you need very quickly. Every single person was very helpful and friendly - Jana particularly helped us organize 3 amazing days of sight seeing.
