NO SMOKING!!$100 CLEANING FEE The cottage is on the left side of the Manor House. ***We gladly accept pets. We request a FEE OF $10/ NIGHT FOR EACH PET. Airbnb does have a place for adding this nominal fee. Just leave it on the TV Desk. Please put your pet in a crate when leaving the cottage. No pets on the furniture.

Wineries, orchards, and hiking nearby. Friendly dogs may occasionally visit from my mother’s house next door. Multiple outdoor areas to enjoy the sights and sounds of the creek include the back porch, observation deck with Adirondack chairs, and walking path that leads to a stunning view of the Potts Creek “Sinks.” Enjoy the tranquil natural environment as you make use of the outdoor grill, picnic area, fire pit, and hot tub.

Welcome to the Mini Manor where you are sweetly tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, but minutes from restaurants and shops. Liberty University is about a 10 minute drive, and The Blue Ridge Parkway is about 30. You may even spot deer or neighborhood chickens in the yard. We have sought to equip our home to a high standard and to anticipate your needs by providing all the necessities. No pets, service animals, or assistant animals are permitted (this exemption is approved by AirBNB).

Completely renovated home on a quiet country road. New kitchen, bathroom, and deck. Private backyard with deck, grill, outside table and gas fire pit. The house is easily accessible with a flat driveway and one step up from the sidewalk. One king and 2 XL twin beds with all bedding washed after each guest.
