This was our second stay at Gabriela’s place. We visit family in the Havelock/Newport area and this is the ideal location for us. We travel with our 2 dogs and a fenced yard is a necessity. Gabriela’s place has a very large, safe yard. Perfect for us!

Jimmy was so easy to talk to. The house felt like I was in my own home. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch, having coffee and relaxing. I would definitely recommend.

My group and I absolutely loved staying here for a few days to celebrate my friend's Bach and Bridal Shower. The house was gorgeous and it was a coincidence that the decor of the house matched the theme for the Bachelorette. (Last Toast on the Coast) The bathrooms amd bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Loved the size of the sectional in the main space as it was great for winding down to watch a movie. Also, the location is fantastic. You are an 8 min walk from front street and it only takes 1.5 miles (30 min walk) to get to downtown Beaufort where all the restaurants are. Each morning I walked there and back to get my steps in, enjoy the weather, and the scenic views. Melinda was extremely accommodating and responded so quickly to all my questions leading up to my reservation.

Amazing home in a beautiful community. Short distance from the Beaufort Water Front. Be sure to rent the golf cart. It makes getting around the island easy and enjoyable. Don’t forget to watch for the horses in the evenings.

Yve’s place was wonderful. It was peaceful and perfect for our group. The fenced in yard was perfect for the dogs. They loved running around off leash for a few days. Would highly recommend Yve’s listing to anyone looking for a place around Havelock or Newport.

The home was immaculate, and Rose really went out of her way to welcome us. She had snacks, drinks and a bottle of wine waiting for us. I would highly recommend this home, it’s a home away from home.

Wonderful stay! Tatiana and Norman were amazing host. Had a great recommendation for seeing fireworks over the 4th of July and very friendly. Definitely recommend staying again.

We enjoyed our stay in the beautiful home. It had everything we needed for a quick trip to Jacksonville and was centrally located to all the popular finds! The owners communicated well and provided an abundance of information on a binder that assisted in answering any questions we might have had. We would stay here again

Beautiful condo unit as compared to others we have stayed at in the same building. Beautiful setting on the sound with view of the ocean which is very close. Pool is beautiful as well. Baths for each bedroom which is great. Beds were great!!

We had a great stay! This unit is in a great location - beautiful view from all the windows/balcony and steps away from the beach access. Nice, new appliances in the kitchen and updated decor throughout. Storage closet inside with beach chairs, etc. Stacy was very responsive to any questions and provided us with the clear check-in and check-out instructions as the dates approached.

All I can say is UNBELIEVABLE!!! Kayo is an Amazing guy and host! His home is better than the photos and have more than what is shown!! Most definitely a Home Away From Home! Very quiet, clean, comfy, and you name it!!! It’s Actually a Resort inside a home!! I highly recommend Kayo’s place to stay even if your destination is 2 hours out! It is well worth it and his price is beyond reasonable!!! I will most definitely be back soon!!!

We had a wonderful time. The condo had a great ocean view, and sunporch accessible from master bedroom, guest bedroom, and living room. Impeccably clean with lots of thoughtful amenities.

This is such a charming place! This is one of the better AirBNBs I've rented. John was super helpful and responsive. The place had everything we needed and was super comfortable for our week long stay. It was clean, well stocked with the comforts of home, and located in a quiet neighborhood. Wish we had a little warmer weather while we were there so we could've enjoyed the back deck. Overall, our experience was fantastic!

Absolutely amazing home and even better host! Truly sad to leave, but very thankful for the opportunity to stay in such a nice home with the best hosts out there! I highly recommend Brianna as a host!

not a fan of stairs but was a beautiful rental with great view. not close to much but still convenient for price. would love to come back.
