great place and I loved being able to bring our dogs. they loved the gated yard to run around in while we chilled in the hot tub. we'd love to visit sometime in the summer to check out more of the lake activities.

This was our second visit to Amanda’s and just like the first time, it left my boys with fun memories. We will be back next summer.

Every year we visit Cypress there are more improves and amenities. Always a great stay and so much to do. Amanda and her team run this place like a well oiled machine. We visit once in the winter and once or twice in the summer. A favorite for sure.

The Cabin was super cute and just as described. Every time I reached out with a question or request, Amanda responded promptly and helpfully. Would definitely book again.

The place was great! Once we arrived the jacuzzi was ready for us, we had an issue with leaking dishwasher but David was quick to respond and help us! Great location, highly recommend!

The place was beautiful. The house is a bit old but we didn’t mind it, it made it feel homey in a way. My friends and I loved the hot tub, would love to come back again.

Love the rustic feel of the place, easily accessible amenities. Small and intimate, but also enough room for a couple.

Mariana's place is wonderful! Really clean, plenty of room, and has everything you could need. It's nice and close to downtown, so it's a pleasant walk or a really short drive to shops and restaurants.

Perfect for coming into town to visit family nearby!

Even before check in Allison was quick to respond and helpful. We stayed in January so it was very cold outside and she encouraged us to raise the thermostat as much as we liked. The age of the home adds to the charm and there’s plenty of blankets available but even so raising the thermostat made it so toasty we didn’t need them. I would definitely book again in the summer and the decor throughout the home gave a personal touch. The personal toiletries amenities were a definite plus in case you forget anything. We’ve stayed at many other homes and you have the bare minimum. Allison went above and beyond. Another plus was they are pet friendly and made the trip complete to have the whole family included even our fur babies. The large back yard gave them space to run around.

Fantastic stay—very clean and completely stocked. We had a blast as did our dog! Would definitely recommend!

Adorable historic home with high secure fenced in yard for our dogs! Loved the large porch overlooking the backyard with comfy furniture, small dining table w chairs, and grill, partially covered for shade or avoiding rain. The only bathroom is on upper level with bedrooms. Located on curve of busy street so tricky to pull out from driveway. Traffic noise woke us up early. 3/4 mile to Lake Geneva shore/beach and most of shopping and dining. Lots of good restaurants, some within walking distance and some we had to drive. Very cool pedestrian trail around Lake Geneva - access is 3/4 mile from house at the beach. Didn't use kitchen very much but seemed pretty well stocked. There was a separate ice maker and a Keurig with coffee pods provided (no decaf).

Tiffany was extremely accommodating and responsive with every question my wife and I had. The location was beautiful, quiet and there was lots of activities to do in the surrounding areas. The lake house itself was clean and had everything you could need for a weekend stay!

Wanted to Stay Longer! We loved everything about this beautiful house. Beautiful decor, lovely lighting, gas fireplace, and sooooooo clean. The beds are amazingly comfortable. We stayed here on our drive back home to Montana after road-tripping to Indiana to adopt our dog. Dog & kids loved the spacious, fenced-in backyard. Stay here if you can. You will not want to leave.

This lake cottage was so cute and perfect for our weekend trip! Amanda was a great host and so responsive when we had questions. I’d definitely recommend to anyone in the area!

My small group and I really enjoyed our stay. Benjamin's listing was just what we were looking for to accommodate our small group for the weekend. It was a short drive from main Lake Geneva shopping area and lake but far enough to still be able to enjoy nature and experience some peaceful outdoor time when needed. Benjamin was great at communicating with us when we had questions and was flexible with us when with checking in and Out. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever exploring Lake Geneva in the future.

Perfectly magical historical comfort! One of the most beautiful and most charmingly decorated historical homes we’ve ever been hosted in! We love older homes and discovering all their quirks. This little cottage did not disappoint. The hosts are across the street and were friendly and kind. The house was comfortable with clear instructions and well stocked with all the things you need, especially in the kitchen. We can’t wait to come back and see the gardens in warmer weather but this is a cozy place to stay any time of the year. We were in the area to attend graduation at Great Lakes. We had 4 adults and the cottage was perfect for this with comfortable beds, great resources and lot of restaurants nearby and adorable shops. It was an easy walk down to the lake via dog park. Leave time to wander around this charming and friendly neighborhood. Love it!

My wife and I have been active on Airbnb for several years and we've experienced quite a few wonderful rentals; however, Susan's place stands out for several reasons. Her rental was exquisitely clean, very comfortable, and filled with little touches that made it feel like home. One not so little "touch" was the brand new massage chair in the living room - what a wonderful surprise! We loved luxuriating in that chair after our visits to the Bristol Ren Faire.

Madeline was a great host and very responsive with communication. The home is older but clean, cozy and comfortable. Only downfall is a single bathroom for 8 people but we made it work. Would like to visit again in the summer time to take advantage of everything within walking distance. Definitely recommend and would like to stay here again.

Beautiful waterfront property and cozy cottage. The house is minutes from the train station so you can plan a trip to the city without the traffic. The lake is full of pelicans, ducks and geese and I never tired of watching them. The driveway is an absolute adventure! We took turns riding in the back and front of our rental mini van so we could all experience the incline. You’ll be fine-just do it-it’s fun! The neighborhood and surrounding areas are beautiful and there’s plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. There is limited cabinet and refrigerator space so don’t over buy groceries like we did and there’s no ice. Bring trays or buy a bag if you need this. The fire pit was used and we got firewood at Home-depot along with s’mores sticks. The house is stocked with everything needed and we had an amazing time and made unforgettable memories and were comfortable and surrounded by beautiful scenery.

I stayed at the cottage for one month, as my home in town was being renovated and I needed somewhere to stay. The cottage provided a cozy, comfortable, and private space. The description was accurate. The view of the river was calming and the fox that visited during the winter storm was a highlight of the stay. That is certainly memorable! Nice home, on a main road across from fire dept. Very cluttered with unnecessary breakable stuff. We just moved it all out of our way. They don’t want shoes worn inside house but offer non-skid socks. The beds were comfortable, bath towels were clean and fluffy. There wasn’t any furniture on the screened porch like the pictures show. They had plenty of books available to read as well as games. Close to small historical downtown Barrington and other shopping and dining. I would stay here again.
