Excellent people with a unique premier location for an outdoor enthusiast. Quiet, safe, and surrounded by similarly minded owners and renters. Had a great time and appreciate the setup, as it was the perfect spot for somebody who brings their boat or are chartering a trip.

This place was one of the greatest I've experienced! wonderfully peaceful and not too far from NOLA with all the amenities plus extras! I plan to take up fishing specifically to use this place to it's full potential!

This location is amazing! The house was beautiful. I had not read the reviews about the bedrooms opening to the porch but it worked out fine for us. Plenty of space. Loved the back porch and view!

Don was very easy to get a hold of and responsive. I did something stupid and locked the key in rental. I had to call Don and tell him we were locked out, he was very quick to respond and took care of the issue. Don was very friendly and it was a perfect place for a group of friends for a fishing trip! The two full bathrooms with showers is really nice to have after a day of fishing!

Hi Sandra: I was so impressed with the stay there. We cooked beef filets on the charcoal grill. The sunset was incredible. I flew my drone down the cut and over the trees in the bay. It was a great reset for me. I am refreshed. Thanks for everything. I will bring my five daughters and my son this spring or fall. Oscar

Nice and quiet, tucked back off the road. Clean rooms with plenty of space. Beautiful sunsets off the back porch and plenty of wildlife!

The home is beautiful and in a quiet, friendly town. If you’re looking for a real bayou experience, this is it. The house is very cozy with a laundry room, plenty of porch space, comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen if you plan to have meals at the large dining table. If you’d rather go out, restaurants and shopping are within a 15 minute drive. If you’re planning to fish, there is no shortage of water on any road you drive down. Our host was very responsive, friendly and helpful. I’d go back in a heartbeat and would recommend it.
