Wir hatten insgesamt 3 Wohnungen gemietet und die Unterkunft war Top! Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und die Antworten kamen immer schnell. Die Wohnungen waren sehr hochwertig und qualitativ ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts. Vielen Dank für alles!

Aleksandar & Natasha, My wife Cindy and I visited Banja Luka for a week beginning Monday, March 24, 2025. Our son Graham Reynolds and his wife Carolyn sent us the link for your Airbnb and we rented apartment # 4. Natasha met us upon our late check-in at 11:00pm and gave us a tour of the apartment and additional facilities including the gym. The building and apartment is new has modern security and offers great conveniences including an elevator. Although the Banja Luka weather was terrible, as it rained every day, we thoroughly enjoyed lounging in the apartment with our son, daughter-in-law and our newest granddaughter. The facilities and service offered by Hosts Aleksandar & Natasha were excellent. In our opinion this is a five-star apartment at a very reasonable price. Slavko ist der beste Gastgeber den man sich nur wünschen kann. Ein netter und kultivierter junger Mann dem das Wohl der Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Er schreibt regelmäßig Nachrichten ob es uns gut geht und ob er noch was für uns tun kann. Alles was wir gebraucht haben hat er so schnell und professionell wie möglich organisiert. Das Haus ist perfekt für Leute die mal eine Auszeit vom stressigen Alltag benötigen. Es ist sehr nah an der Stadt und Abends sehr ruhig. Das Haus ist sehr sauber gehalten und bietet jede menge sportlicher Aktivitäten, sodass Sie sie dort Urlaub machen können ohne das Anwesen verlassen zu müssen. Ich kann das Haus wirklich nur empfehlen.

Really nice apartment, very clean and nice furniture. Tatjana helped us with things and answered really fast, she was very nice! Area (and city) is maybe not the most fanciest we have been to, but quiet and we felt safe. We spent most of the days hiking in the mountains so we were not much more home than to sleep. There is free parking at the back yard, that is a plus. I recommend renting a car to go south of the city along the M16 road. Very beautiful country up in the mountains.

Clean and spacious apartment on the 4th floor in a recently renovated building. Strong WiFi, full kitchen, television and hot shower, perfect. Balcony for smokers. Lots of parking outside the building which is helpful as a car is necessary to access the city centre and surrounding area, but there is a convenient little shop for beers and water and a bakery for bread very close by. Mladen is a nice guy and easy to communicate with. Apartment isnt actually in the Fortune wellness centre as photos in the listing may imply but in an apartment complex next door, it didn’t affect our stay but worth mentioning if you are looking for that poolside room vacation experience. Overall no problems and a pleasant stay 👍🏼
