Fully furnished with A Minisplit Heat Pump/ AC, and Propane "wood stove" well water, and high speed WiFi. Within 30 minutes of Lincoln and 1 hr of Bangor. Both towns have shopping, restaurants,etc.

Groceries, restaurant and fuel 5 minutes away. Shin pond 30 miles-Milli Houlton, Lincoln 45 miles- Bangor 85 miles.

Winter ice fishing, skating, skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling. Plenty of parking. Good news for ice fishing, The Mill Yard will be renting ice shacks starting in 2027.

Small cabin offering a peaceful surrounding area. Access to snowmobile and ATV trails. Located between south and north entrances to Baxter State Park. Katahdin Woods and Waters National Monument is nearby. The cabin is new and landscaping is still a work in progress.
