Annette and David were great hosts. My wife and I had a couple questions and they responded quickly and pleasantly. We had a minor key mishap and they were very understanding and helpful. The place is perfect for a couple. Easy walk to the Metro station and close to some fun eating/drinking spots in Bethesda. Overall, an excellent place to stay to explore DC.

Ingrid and Jay were very welcoming - they made us feel like family friends instead of Airbnb guests. The carriage home was charming and decorated nicely. It felt like home for the weekend!

We were in and out but the cleanliness and privacy of the space were beyond expectations. A perfect little resting spot in Arnold!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Glen’s place on Kent Island. The view was stunning. That was my favorite part, just sitting outside having coffee and enjoying that gorgeous water view in peace and tranquility. We started off with a little bit of a hiccup, but I truly appreciated their response and taking care of it quickly. Life isn’t always perfect, but it’s how you respond to those situations that make all the difference. We ultimately had a great stay and would definitely recommend this property to our friends

What a treat to stay in the Carriage House of such a historic and pretty home during our weekend in D.C.! Located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood blocks away from the U.S. Capitol, there's plenty to see, do, and eat, all while feeling like a local. There was plenty of room in the unique space for our family of 3 and the available parking spot and back patio/garden were fantastic bonuses to have. We used the trifecta of walking, driving, and taking the Metro to easily get everywhere we wanted to go throughout the weekend. We loved learning about the history of the home and the neighborhood and would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

It was great for us as a home base for our stay in Maryland. The open plan of the second floor space was actually larger than I had imagined from the on-line photos, and worked well for my wife and me, and our energetic 50lb dog. Set in a mature forest, the tree-top views from the expansive windows are wonderful, a welcome departure from the usual hotel experience. The unusual location of the bathroom takes some getting used to, but was clearly explained by the hosts during the booking process, and we came prepared.

John and Fionna were wonderful hosts! Very friendly, communicative, and when there was a small issue they took care of it right away; They are really great people. The property is stunning, especially this time of year when the trees start to flower. It is far off the main road and super private and quiet/peaceful yet close enough to everything you want. As a traveler who was moving from the other side of the country and needed a temporary landing spot to start a new job, it was the perfect place. My favorite part was listening to the chickens do chicken things in the morning. Given an opportunity, I'd stay here again.

These hosts are the best - kind, friendly without being intrusive, and always ready to help. The property is impeccably maintained and thoughtfully appointed - lovely decor, nice bed and cozy linens, and coffee, tea, and cooking supplies in the kitchen. We are retreat guests, and this was our first visit when the weather was nice enough to sit on the deck of the bedroom. Lovely! You will not regret a stay at the Little Wooded Casita.

Alice's place was ideal. Very clean and comfortable. We were visiting family for a week and the location allowed us to be in easy reach of them. I would highly recommend this very quiet little place to stay. It was very easy and quick to communicate with Alice.

Het is precies zoals omschreven. Bij aankomst stond zelfs een attentie klaar. De pantoffels waren ook aangenaam. In de tuin is het heerlijk zitten. Als we ooit Washington nog eens bezoeken, zou ik terug bij Binyam boeken!

I stayed in Chris’ Treehouse just over two weeks. It’s a beautiful carriage apartment and looked just like the pictures. For me, the distance from places was fine and he was super responsive to anything I needed the whole time. I’d would definitely stay there again. Was able to get plenty of food and grocery deliveries there with ease. Book this place!!!

Love this location. Directly across the street from a beautiful park. Great neighborhood to walk and explore. Convenient to public transportation.

Cheryl's place was perfect for my stay in Baltimore. I felt very safe in her place. The loft is newly remodeled everything from the kitchen, bathroom and bed are brand new. Cheryl has a great eye for decorating. I enjoyed the big flat screen tv and was able to relax and watch my shows after work. Self check in was great. I will be booking again for my trips to Baltimore. Thank you Cheryl for creating such a wonderful space.

Comfortable home in a great neighborhood – a peaceful setting and a short walk to Metro, stores, and restaurants. Tyler is friendly and responsive. Everything was just so effortless and straightforward.

I really loved my stay at Farida’s place! The space was spacious, gorgeous, bright, warm, and cozy and had everything one might need for a comfortable stay. Farida truly thought of everything and I appreciated the little touches that made her place stand out from others. I absolutely loved the neighborhood and it was an easy walk to shopping and great restaurants, in addition to being super close to Rock Creek for running. Farida was incredibly friendly, responsive, and accommodating! I really enjoyed meeting her and wish we had had more time to chat! Check in and check out couldn’t have been easier. I look forward to staying at Farida’s place when I am back in the area!

Conor and his wife accorded us an opportunity to relax and enjoy the most beautiful part of Annapolis - walked on the quiet side of town, enjoyed Oscar's coffee on Eastern Ave., and most importantly the Eilen Jewell show at the Goat'sHead. The location was perfect, in a historic and walkable neighborhood near the Capitol. The apartment was very clean, had all the necessary amenities, and the hosts kindly shared recommendations for local places. Overall, a very good and convenient stay!

We had a fantastic stay at the Cellar on Girard! The location was perfect — close to everything we wanted to see in DC while still feeling like a quiet neighborhood retreat. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. Austin was a terrific host — incredibly responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. Five stars all around. Would definitely stay here again!
