Absolutely lovely, very spacious and well appointed family home shared with us. Nice quiet surrounds with great outdoor areas. Being pet friendly was a great advantage. Everything was there, didn’t need for anything. Fully stocked pantry, toiletries and fridge essentials. Games and books in abundance. Entire property very clean, well maintained and tastefully decorated. Exceptional host. Will need to include the whole family for our next stay.

Gemma's house was a perfect beach-side getaway. It beautifully styled and cosy, which was perfect for unwinding after exploring the island. The location was also ideal, being a 5 minute walk to the beach and few minutes drive to local restaurants/cafes and stores.

A very well appointed and looked after air bnb. It has everything you need for a short stay. Great amenities, location and clean. It is also well decorated and aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. Good beds and quality linens. It's a great base spot for exploring the Flinders side of the Peninsula. Thankyou, we would definitely return.

Frances and Ray were great hosts. As described the accommodation is at the rear of their house but we were allowed our privacy and they were there if we needed them. Everything you required was included and it was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying here if you are planning at visit to this area.

Maree provides a seamless checkin and exit process. Unit was spotless and fully equipped, instructions were clear and thorough. Location is excellent! Couple of minutes walk to the water and restaurants. Super handy to get to and from Avalon airport. Couch and bed very comfortable. Really liked the flexible layout of the living space! Perfect for what we needed, a base to stay while we attended a wedding and visited friends. Price is very reasonable and comparable to hotel rates but with the added bonus of having the entire place to yourself! Would certainly stay here again when we next visit Geelong. We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was lovely—very clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were super comfortable, and there were plenty of amenities, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was also perfect—situated on a quiet street but only a short 10-minute drive to Mornington, which was really convenient. The host was fantastic—very friendly and responsive, making sure everything was just right for our stay. The only minor thing to note is that the neighbors have a dog that barks quite a bit. It didn’t bother us, but for light sleepers or families with young kids, it might be something to consider. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located stay near Mornington!

Relaxing Coastal Retreat with Thoughtful Touches I recently had the pleasure of staying at Silvio's by the Sea in McCrae, and it was a delightful experience. The apartment is beautifully maintained, offering a clean and comfortable space that made us feel right at home. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach and local cafes, making it easy to enjoy the best of the Mornington Peninsula. Mariella was an exceptional host, providing clear communication and lovely, thoughtful extras. They even left colouring books and pencils for the kids, which they absolutely loved, as well as chocolates and a bottle of wine in the fridge for the adults—such a generous and warm welcome! From the cozy furnishings to the well-equipped kitchen, every detail was considered. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and family-friendly seaside getaway

Had a wonderful stay at this place in Phillip Island! The house was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Steve, the host, was incredibly helpful and responsive. There was a detailed file with clear instructions and information about nearby attractions and their timings, which made exploring the area so much easier. We loved our stay at Karen's place! it was compact, comfy and had everything we needed. Superb location, just around the corner from shops and cafes, short drive to the beaches (glorious sunsets), and a great place to launch out further afield. We enjoyed a Phillip Island Cruise, and the Peninsula Hot Springs. Karen was a warm and very responsive host, answering a few queries beforehand quickly and checking in that we'd arrived okay. Our stay was wonderful! The unit was immaculate upon our arrival, it was a warm day & it was so nice to walk in to find the balcony doors open providing airflow 😀 We loved the location, easy walk to restaurants and the esplanade, & the views from the balcony were a highlight! It was a very relaxing weekend and we would highly recommend Julie’s place. Put simply, it truly is a home away from home ❤️

We love staying at Josh's apartment. It is outside of the busy area of Phillip Island, spacious , comfortable and close to the beach.
