Apartamentul a aratat chiar mai bine decat in poze, totul a fost curat si am avut la dispozitie tot ce am avut nevoie.

Mariela was a fantastic host, and was extremely helpful when we needed her during the check in process. Also the kind gesture of allowing us use the late check out was very beneficial for us. The place was ideal for my small family. The place was absolutely spotless with ample space. Thanks once again for accommodating us. If we return to borovets we will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

The apartment has everything you might need and is situated in a quiet part of the neighbourhood. It is conveniently located not far from one of the big malls in the city. We stayed with our small baby and can say we didn’t lack anything at all! The staff at reception was very kind and responsive and always available to answer any requests from us.

Adi is a very helpful host. Battery of key locker was off but he delivered keys within the quarter of the hour very efficiently. Good value for money for the flat, pleasant, clean and close to all facilities. We were with our two kids (11-12 of age) and they enjoyed the space as well (flat has 3 bedroom, not so common in Bucharest). Note that flat has double windows so no noise from street (and building is quiet) and they have air conditioning (very useful for hot weather of Bucharest). Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Жилището е в комплекс точно срещу входа на Пирин Голф Клуб, човек трябва да завие надясно по втората уличка до входа на основния хотел. Тази уличка улучихме още първия път, след това на няколко пъти я отминах поради разсеяност. Ние намерихме веднага входа, апартамента, всичко както беше описано. За да се вземе асансьора до апартамента, трябва да се натисне Номер 3, въпреки, че апартамента е на 2. Етаж. Ние решихме, че асансьора не работи докато намерим това разминаване. Жилището е чудесно, много малки забележки: скъсано перде и небезопасен контакт, всичко останало беше чудесно. Препоръчвам този апартамент за хора с превозно средство. Ние бяхме постоянно някъде- с кола до начална станция на лифта, вечеря, Разлог, Банско, Бачево. Без кола нямаше как да отидем никъде, а цените на такситата в Банско са високи. Видях, че има и бусче от хотела до лифта, но в 8.10 като отидох за кафе до хотела, още не бяха тръгнали. Наблюдавах ги докато чаках, тръгнаха чак в 8.17, което е супер късно за лифта

Great stay! The host is truly a super host — clear instructions, quick responses, and very thoughtful (even left us a bottle of water, which helped a lot after our long trip). The apartment is stylish, tech-savvy, clean, with fresh towels and linens. Beautiful sunset view from the window. Loved the Dolce Gusto coffee machine with complimentary capsules. You can watch TV or connect a laptop via Type-C, and the screen rotates for bed or kitchen viewing. A few downsides: poor ventilation (you may need to open a window), no microwave, no shower curtain (water splashes on the floor), and traffic noise if the window is open. Still, would definitely recommend!

Apartament foarte modern, echipat cu tot ce ai nevoie pentru o sedere scurta dar si lunga. Cartierul este linistit, loc de parcare asigurat. Ovidiu a fost foarte receptiv la intrebarile noastre. Recomand! Reveinm cu placere!

A good place to stay if you want to go hiking in Vitosha Nature Park. There are some excellent trails through the forest to the neighbouring districts of Zheliznitsa and Simeonovo. I stayed for two months in July & August of 2024 and found the unit cool and comfortable. It's a good spot for a quiet getaway. Radoslav was very helpful after my flight was cancelled and I arrived a day late...and then the train didn't get into Sofia until 10pm. Responded quickly to all my questions.

Basic but nice apartment with everything you need. Located a bit away from ski gondola etc, but wasn't an issue for us. Good value for money for stay in Bansko.

Great place in Bucharest with walking distance to everything. Big house with plenty of rooms and bathrooms for larger groups. Not a lot of kitchenware and utensils, so eating out is recommended. Overall a great place to stay for exploring Bucharest!

We loved the stone villa - beautiful house, looks just like the photos (quite exceptional in Bulgaria!), the boys loved the fitness and sauna!

Dimitar est un hôte très accueillant et sympathique, aux petits soins pour que notre séjour se passe bien. Ses parents dans la maison voisine sont aussi très sympathiques et sont là si besoin. Tous parlent anglais. La maison est grande, agréable, conforme aux photos et à la description. La climatisation est présente sur le rez de chaussée mais pas à l'étage (chambres). Cependant, malgré les fortes chaleurs, nous avons pu avoir de la fraîcheur en ouvrant les fenêtres la nuit. La maison est parfaitement équipée. Le jardin est grand et agréable avec du mobilier de jardin, une tonnelle et un grand arbre pour être à l'ombre. Il y a aussi un barbecue. A savoir tout de même: Dans 2 salles de bains sur 3, il n'y a pas de pare douche donc pas évident de ne pas tout mouillé (d'ailleurs on a pris nos douches dans la 3ème chambre). Et de temps en temps la nuit, on entend les chiens du quartier aboyer si les fenêtres sont ouvertes mais notre cerveau s'habitue ... Merci Dimitar pour tout ...

I and my family had wonderful time at the house. It is very good equipped with everything you may need. Sozopolis holiday village is very beautiful and quiet, with a big pool, and is close to the sea. We enjoyed walks in the village.

Tatjana’s very helpful, always responsive and the house is spacious and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Great local town with everything you need and beautiful places to explore.

Разположението на помещенията, удобството на самостоятелните бани и няколкото санитарни възела, оборудваната кухня ни позволиха да преживеем празника си, все едно сме си у дома! Къщата се оказа идеална за нашето голямо и обичащо се семейство! Препоръчвам къщата, независимо от сезона!

Super place for relaxing trip with family or group. Only the village has not so many direct action, for more active action need taxy to Burgas or for unlimited nightlife to Sunny Beach

Приказно, ако искате да се отдадете на малко спокойстие и тишина. Точно на границата с резерват "Централен Балкан", където можете да направите невероятни разходки по продължението на реката. В къщата има всичко необходимо, а на няколко минути от нея има и много добра механа, ако съвсем ви налегне мързел. Ще посетим отново!
