New heat pumps to customize heating and cooling on both floors! Access both the snowmobile and ATV trails from the driveway! Plenty of parking for trailers for all of your powersport toys. The Beaver Cove Marina provides convenient access to launch your boat.

Very peaceful, close to train tracks (train comes once to twice a day) Boat dock, kayak for use as well as a paddle board. Beautiful views!
