Renta de departamentos vacacionales en Bajamar

Très bel et grand appartement dans un lotissement calme, bien situé sur la côte ouest (voiture indispensable). La vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique, on ne s'en lasse pas ! La communication était très facile avec Andréa que nous remercions pour le beau séjour qu'elle nous a permis de passer à Ténérife :)

Die Lage ist optimal, kaum zu übertreffen. Man ist wirklich direkt i. Zentrum. Jegliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 24/7 eigentlich verfügbar. Die Wohnung ist auch in einem sauberen und gepflegten Zustand. Klima/Heizung ist vorhanden. Wobei die Heizung kaum zu gebrauchen ist, selbst im Januar. Da die Wohnung direkt an einer Straße liegt, hört man logischerweise die Müllabfuhr nachts...ansonsten wirklich sehr empfehlenswert. Komme bestimmt bald wieder:)!

Просторная терраса позволила нам наслаждаться утренним кофе на свежем воздухе и любоваться закатами вечерами. ☕🌅 Вид на море завораживает — каждый раз, когда мы выходили на террасу, ощущали, как будто попали в рай. Интерьер квартиры светлый и уютный, есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Кухня хорошо оборудована, и мы с удовольствием готовили себе ужины, наслаждаясь приятной атмосферой. 🍽️ Что особенно порадовало, так это близость к пляжу. Всего в нескольких минутах пешком — это очень удобно! 🏖️ Рекомендуем эту квартиру всем, кто ищет идеальное место для отдыха у моря. Уверены, что мы вернемся сюда вновь! ❤️

We had a lovely stay. The host was kind enough to let us drop our luggage off as soon as we arrived which was much earlier than check in and then we were able to check in soon after. The view was lovely and the sound of the waves so lovely that I chose to sleep on the sofa bed all holiday with the patio door open. Really great comms from host throughout and some lovely touches (wine and biscuits on arrival and all essentials provided, tea, coffee, sugar, and toilet rool and cleaning supplies). There were also some great supplies for a beach day which came in handy and plenty of fresh towels for both within the apartment and by the pool. Only suggestion would be to be clear about the sunbed situation in the listing or pre stay communication. I think there were 2 available for the apartment but took us a day or so to find and all beds are privately owned. Also no air con. Did not affect us at all staying in April, but may have needed in peak summer. Just little points and a great stay.

This was our third stay within these apartments (first in Julieta). They are beautiful- in a lovely location with amazing views. It was well equipped for cooking and looked like the photos. You do need a car for the location, but it is a great spot to start if you want to then drive to the many walks across the island, or if you want to drive down to the beaches. It is an easy walk into La oratava for dinners etc. Check in and out was very easy. Overall lovely stay. Thank you so much.

Che dire appartamento Splendido una Bomboniera molto pulito e molto funzionale. Abbiamo trovato tutto e di più di quello che serve in un alloggio,il terrazzo una chicca. Bravissimi.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, die Wohnung war super sauber mit gutem WLAN und es war alles da, was wir gebraucht haben. Wir konnten mit Auto die ganze Gegend erkunden und haben gut und ruhig geschlafen! Elena hat sich viel Mühe gegeben, uns Tipps für Restaurants zu geben und hat uns sogar geholfen, einige Reservierungen zu machen. Danke für alles!

We were able to check in early and check out late. Great communication with Jan, Tatiana and Irena. Jan met us and showed us the apartment. A bottle of wine and water on the table in the living room was a nice touch. The apartment had everything we needed. Fully equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable. Easy to park Car in a public parking lot by the apartment. The heated pool is spacious and there were always available sunbeds. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We had a great stay! Thank you for everything!

Das AirBnB war wie beschrieben. Sehr schön und seinem rustikalen Charakter entsprechend. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön und wir haben immer gerne unter dem Pavillon gesessen. Jose ist sehr freundlich und hilft einem gerne weiter. Das Bad ist relativ klein aber reicht vollkommen aus. Wir können Jose und seine Gastfreundschaft nur weiterempfehlen.

Ondanks de vele appartementen veel privacy. Schoon en sfeervol. Rustige en gezellige sfeer rondom de zwembaden. Fijn dat één zwembad verwarmd was. Prima eten en milkshakes aan de bar te verkrijgen! ‘s Avonds lekker rustig, er is geen luide muziek. Erg genoten!

Wir waren 4 Wochen in der Wohnung von Kasia zu Gast. Super Lage, ruhig und geräumige Wohnung mit grosser Terrasse. Leider ist die Ausstattung schon ziemlich ins Renovations- Alter gekommen. Die Küche ist nur mit dem Allernötigsten, IKEA - mässig eingerichtet, ein Geschirrhandtuch für 4 Wochen Aufenthalt! Bettwäsche gab es keinen Ersatz. Die Matratze im Gästezimmer müsste dringend ausgewechselt werden. Auch die Liegestühle werden notdürftig für die nächsten Gäste hergerichtet und fallen beim verstellen fast auseinander. Bei der Benutzung der Dusche braucht es etwas Geduld, geringer Wasserdruck. Schade dass die tolle Wohnung nicht besser gepflegt wird. Für die stolze Miete der Wohnung, welche offensichtlich auf das Jahr 2026 nochmals wesentlich erhöht wird, könnte man schon etwas mehr Komfort erwarten. Wir kommen wieder ins Paradis in Teneriffa, aber eine andere Wohnung.

A dream holiday apartment, with stunning views of the sea. The complex is peaceful, set within a beautiful setting. The apartment is well equipped, with a spacious balcony. All necessary local facilities are within very close proximity. The owners were superb and very responsive. We will definitely return!

Ein sehr schönes Apartment mit einem eigenen Garten und Blick auf den Teide. Der Pool zur gemeinsamen Nutzung und die Lage in der Plantage sind herrlich.

die Unterkunft ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und stellt alles bereit, was man braucht- sowohl funktional als auch praktisch- und das alles sehr ästhetisch - vom Balkon hast du einen schönen Blick aufs Wasser- auch die gesamte Anlage ist sehr angenehm und sauber- mit einem prima Pool

Zeer centraal gelegen en toch rustig, zeer goede airco, luxe compleet appartement. Een heel fijn verblijf.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall notwendig. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Fahrten zum Nationalpark El Teide. Eine wunderschöne Terrasse; allerdings hatten wir die ersten 2 Tage immer mal wieder Regen und Wind und konnten sie daher nicht so nutzen da es leider keinen überdachten und windgeschützten Bereich gibt. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden ☺️🌸

Wir waren eine Woche in der Finca und rundum zufrieden und begeistert. Die Einrichtung ist wunderschön und wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein toller Ort um zu entspannen und die Ruhe zu genießen. Das Ein- und Auschecken lief eigenständig und problemlos. Wir werden mit Sicherheit nochmal wieder kommen.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spacious, spotless, and incredibly well-equipped. The location was perfect for exploring some really interesting and beautiful parts of the island. The hosts were warm and friendly, always available if needed, but also completely respected our privacy. Parking always available right out front, which made everything even more convenient. Would absolutely stay here again!

O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos, super bem decorado e limpo. Lençóis de cama e toalhas de excelente qualidade. A localização maravilhosa, mas se estiver de carro e com muitas malas, pode ser um pouco desafiador, tendo que caminhar alguns minutos de um estacionamento público até o apartamento. No meu caso que viajei com bebê e tínhamos um voo às 7h da manhã, foi um pouco complicado. Então, fica a dica pra quem tem alguma questão de mobilidade. O único ponto que eu indicaria de melhoria para a estadia, seria adicionar algumas amenities, como gel de banho ou água na geladeira. Pelo preço pedido, acho que seria interessante. No mais, tudo certo. Agradeço ao rápido e fácil atendimento e, sem dúvidas, voltaríamos a nos hospedar com eles. ☺️

Gerne wieder! Michael, unser Ansprechpartner für die Unterkunft, war durchgehend zu erreichen und konnte immer gute Ratschläge und schnelle Antworten liefern ! Die Unterkunft an sich war wie beschrieben, wunderbare Aussicht, sauber und mehr als ausreichend ausgestattet. Eigene private Einfahrt ! Gute Zentrale Lage für sämtliche Ausflüge. Perfektes Stadtapartment, zentrale Lage, der vorhandene Stellplatz ist Gold wert. Das Apartment hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Ausstattung war super, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Kontakt mit Hugo und Sandra war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
