estuvimos alojados durante una semana, la pasamos muy bien, una muy buena ubicación a pie devplaya, con linda vista a la piscina y océano, playa amplia para hacer caminatas, supermercados a 5 min en auto, el depto cómodo con todo lo necesario para tener una buena estadía, con toallas tanto para la alberca como para el baño, tmb cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos, así q es como si estuvieras en casa. las piscinas muy grandes son 2 grandes de agua fría, y una más chica climatizada. la playa cuenta con palapas y en el depa tienen sillas de playa disponibles. en general muy bien.

Excelente atención por parte de Juan Carlos, así como la ubicación y el departamento. Todo excelente.

El complejo está muy bien, siempre la gente de mantenimiento al pendiente. Solo considera llevar tu silla porque en temporada alta puede ser insuficiente las que hay en el complejo. Las fotos están muy acorde a la realidad. En cuanto a la experiencia, fue buena relación precio y todo fue muy claro en todo momento. Si volvería!

Hosts were great to work with and extremely helpful in providing information on services, restaurants and things to do in the area! Place has all the items you would need during your stay (dishes, cookware, etc.).

Really nice place to stay at. I went with my family of 12 and we all had a great time. The kids love the pool. We also had access to the beach, which was like six minutes walk. We didn’t rent a car but it was really easy getting around with Uber.

This home is absolutely stunning—from the moment you arrive, you’re greeted by a lush garden, a beautiful pool, and thoughtfully curated decor. The upstairs outdoor patio is also very lovely. The house is spacious, bright, airy, and simply beautiful. The town is a hidden gem, perfect for families, with a great beach, charming coffee shops and restaurants, and incredibly friendly locals. Kathy and her team were very responsive, attentive, and overall wonderful hosts. 5/5 stars!

This home was a magical paradise. My dream home I never knew I had! Kitchen has every tool you need to cook. Restrooms had everything you need even full size shampoo and conditioner. Had plenty of towels for shower and pool use. Pool was crystal clean! Loved the access to the beach going downstairs. Loved every bit of the decoration. So much space! Great comfortable beds and pillows. Loved that there was AC in all the rooms and living room! Enjoyed every moment in this house! I wish I could have stayed longer! Hope to be able to return one day soon.

Loved our time here. This place is literally 150 steps to the beach...maybe less. Location is near more restaurants than you can imagine. The 5 of us walked to everything. Didn't miss having a car at all. And quite frankly, I don't think you'd want a car. We will definitely be back...we LOVED it!

Me pareció una casa súper cómoda, todo estuvo genial, muebles, limpieza ame cada detalle, parece que le dan su mantenimiento y eso esta fenomenal. Volvería de nuevo, incluso mis amigas tomaran en cuenta hospedarse con sus familias ahí. Angela mega atenta y disponible 10 de 10.

Casa Norte was wonderful! Walkable to the beach, restaurants, bars and more. Very responsive, provocative, helpful hosts that provided options for groceries, shuttles, and recommendations. Highly recommend!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Jez's place. The house was so clean! I slept great because the bed was comfortable and it was very quiet at night. One night I even heard the sound of the waves from the ocean as I fell asleep. It has a wonderful front porch that is shady, breezy, and cool with a table and chairs. Perfect for relaxing on a hot afternoon. This was my first time traveling solo in Mexico and I felt safe staying there. It was good to know Jez and her family were right next door if I needed anything, while at the same time having privacy. Highly recommend.

Oh my goodness, we can’t say enough about this special place. It was so spacious and had a spectacular view. The decorations in the house were amazing and the owners have brought in beautiful arts from all over Mexico and other countries. You have the whole floor to yourself, in fact it was so spacious that we joked that we kept getting lost. It was hard to leave this luxurious place to go and explore. The beach was perfect for swimming, never crowded and the grounds were kept immaculate. Only 6 units so it was never crowded like other condo rentals. A few minutes walk to all the action. There is some construction next door but the noise was only minimal. It was so nice to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean waves every night. If you are lucky enough to have this place available for your dates, don’t hesitate to book. We wished we could have stayed forever.

I enjoyed the stay. The location is great. I stayed in the Marina a number of times and actually stayed at this condominium previously I do have a few recommendations: the bed linens could be newer and of better quality, it would be nice to have a hair dryer, there was a water jug holder, but no drinkable water. It would have been nice if there were some lamps in the living room and a coffee table. Also, it would have been nice if there were some lamps in the bedroom. The two futons in the living room were not overly comfortable but had clean protective covers on them. Joana was very responsive and permitted me a little bit of a later check out. A brand new lock was installed while I was there which was nice - but instructions were a bit unclear- but it all worked out just fine!! Overall my stay was quite pleasant and would definitely recommend this spot!!!

The location is slightly north of the the main town, but its a lovey stroll down the road or beach! There is some noise from the highway and construction fairly close but we didn't find it unreasonably loud.

I must say Fernando was an excellent host what surprised me the most was even though he was on vacation in Hawaii he still took the time to make sure I was very comfortable and I did have to call him because my access code did not work once I got there but there was no problem I called he picked up right away and actually walked me through the process . I would highly recommend his condo the place is beautifully decorated and only minutes from the sandy beach

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo has a great view from both bedrooms. Very clean with some newer appliances. Comfortable furniture inside and on the deck. The pools are super nice. The pool bar/restaurant has great food and drink. The beach is great for walking. The staff are very helpful, patient, and kind. There is a couple putting greens and the gym is well kept with good options for working out.

El lugar es inmejorable. Alberca climatizada, el departamento bonito y cómodo. Todo lo necesario para una estadía muy agradable. Yessica muy atenta y respondía de inmediato a cualquier duda.

This is a wonderful place to stay! The location is fantastic--close to the beach, vendors, restaurants and markets. It's safe and quiet and the property caretakers are very friendly and helpful. This unit is on the first floor which provides easy access to the pool and hot tub and fantastic ocean views. The kitchen is well equipped and the appliances work great. Overall, this is a great rental and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Punta de Mita!

Our condo was clean and well stocked with all the amenities. Pool and workout area were great. We were only 2 people so we had plenty of space. The staff was very friendly. We felt safe walking all over town. Be sure to eat at Mr. Cream, Meet Meat, and Karen’s.
