The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, a hot plate, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, and tableware. A full guest bathroom in the main farmhouse is available for your use.

Das Apartment wurde Renoviert besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit TV, neu ausgestatteter Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank und Bad mit ebenerdige Dusche.

The balconies (20 sqm) invite you to sunbathe, eat and enjoy the fantastic view over the Rotttal, with a view of the mountains when the weather is nice.

There are also several golf courses and the largest golf resort in Europe in the immediate vicinity.
