A large and very comfortable apartment right in Barrio Santa Cruz central to everything! Countless bars, restaurants, cafes, shops, winding alleys and streets all right there. The living room has a nice small balcony that looks right over the alley and is perfect for morning coffee and people watching. But the bedroom is tucked away in the back away from the street so it's very quiet - plus they had lots of extra pillows! They had a well stocked kitchen, lots of seating areas (including a dining room table that was great for working remotely) and a luxurious bathroom and shower. I would absolutely stay here again.

Andrew’s apt is superb. It is the BEST apartment by far in which we have stayed. A great design with appropriate furniture and not a thing out of place. Everything is super clean and in 1st class. In a great location within walking distance of all major attractions, restaurants included. He is a wonderful host and the personal connection took any anxiety out of checking in. We wish we could have stayed longer.

El alojamiento es fantástico! Localizado en una zona muy céntrica lo que hacia muy sencillo acceder a los principales puntos de interés y a restaurantes. Además, el piso es muy cómodo y funcional. Pablo estuvo en todo momento atento a lo que necesitábamos, nos resolvió rápidamente algunas dudas que tuvimos y fue muy flexible con nuestras peticiones. Realmente un sitio muy recomendable!

By far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in! The property was exactly as pictured and was in the most ideal location (walking distance to the centre, had amazing restaurants and ice cream around). The amenities at the property went even as far as having makeup remover. Begoña was an amazing host, and even gave us a few recommendations which were amazing! If you are looking to book this property, don’t think twice - it is the best place ever! We would stay again in a heartbeat.

The apartment was exactly as described. Location was fantastic. Close enough to everything, yet quiet for sleeping. Host communication was excellent including helpful information about Semana Santa. Small market around the corner was super convenient. We felt very safe here.

Manuel was easy to communicate with. The flat itself is a beautiful old Spanish home with antique furniture and tiles. And it’s set in an idyllic part of Sevilla with beautiful side roads. You are close to quite a few local shops and restaurants and within walking distance of other neighborhoods in the city. It was still a bit chilly for us in March so the heaters came handy. The overall space worked great for our group of 10.

Stayed with two families and it was perfect. This home is huge! The amenities were fantastic and it was super quiet. We went to Seville every day. Driving is easy, but the metro worked great. Drive to the Metromar for free parking (closes 11p or midnight, depending on the day) and then take the metro.

Absolutely stunning home and completely spotless! Hosts were fantastic and explained everything. Home was close to everything within walking distance! Would love to stay here again!

House full of Andalusian character in the heart of old city .Terraces and balconies with flowered fruit trees and plants on every floor .Terrific design for the family as the bedrooms are located on different floors .Bathrooms on each floor including ground level .

Absolutely beautiful home in a perfect part of Sevilla. Really close to everything, just walk from the front door. The house itself is very large and beautifully designed and decorated. We didn’t cook much as there are so many restaurants nearby but anything we needed we found in the house, pots and pans, good knives, an iron etc… We were a group of 4 friends and loved it, would wholeheartedly recommend.

The most charming and wonderful stay, we all wished we had booked the full week and are already discussing when we would like to come back. Feel rested, refreshed and relaxed. Authentic stay and wonderful host. The entire team were incredibly helpful and we will be back!

Die Unterkunft ist leicht zu erreichen, liegt sehr zentral und nur 10 Gehminuten vom Hafen entfernt. Die beiden Dachterrassen sind natürlich das Highlight, aber auch sonst war die Unterkunft sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen ❣️

The house is in an amazing location. So central with attractions and shops within meters. The house is beautiful and very unique. A lovely balcony for the afternoon sun. Alejandra was a great host, reaching out to check all was good and very responsive.

Amazing location…walkable to everywhere and very quiet at night. The courtyards are incredibly charming. Silvia was a great host; very responsive and flexible. I’d stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay… quiet location and easy for golf courses. Pool area was excellent and loved bbq dinners. Have booked for next year.

Eine tolle Wohnung mit einem super Blick auf die Stadt; sehr zu empfehlen wenn man die Prozessionen in der Semana Santa anschauen möchte 😊 Das einzige Problem, das wir hatten: wenn man in der Zeit der Semana Santa mit dem Auto anreist, wäre es super gewesen, wenn uns Joao und Maria darauf hingewiesen hätten, dass die Innenstadt jeden Nachmittag weitestgehend abgesperrt wird und man deshalb den Parkplatz, den man bei ihnen zusätzlich buchen kann, nicht nutzen können wird - das wussten wir als Außenstehende leider nicht und mussten kurzfristig auf ein Parkhaus außerhalb der Innenstadt ausweichen.. Toll war es allerdings, dass wir den bei ihnen gebuchten Parkplatz trotzdem kurzfristig stornieren konnten! Die beiden sind super nett und die Wohnung ist ihr Geld absolut wert! Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt 🙏

Beautiful flat! Amazing sea view. We felt at home from the moment we walked in. Everything is exactly as described and on the pictures. Spacious, beautifully decorated, warm and cozy vibes. Perfect for 2 couples or a family of 4 plus a baby. They offer so many things for kids which was perfect for our son. The supermarket is close, within a 5min walk you are at the beach, nice restaurants around, private parking is a plus. Communication was easy, kitchen well equipped. There is really nothing that we did not like about the flat. If you are sensible for noise, you should not that you can hear everything from the street. At this time of the year, we did not mind hearing a car passing by or people talking. But i guess if maybe in summer it’s really touristic, it could be different. That’s really the only thing I would mention. For us, it was no problem and we are looking forward to come back one day. Thanks for this beautiful time there 🤗

Danke an Daniela und Vincenzo, Eure Unterkunft ist mit die beste Ferienwohnung, in der ich bis jetzt in Spanien leben durfte. Zentral gelegen, fussläufig zum Strand und Restaurants, funktional eingerichtet und total praktisch in jeglicher Hinsicht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit im Apartment sehr genossen.
