鉄道好きにはたまらない、夢のような滞在でした！ まず、オーナーこだわりの鉄道シミュレーターは圧巻。リアルな操作感にワクワクが止まらず、大人も子どもも夢中になりました。ここでしか味わえない特別な体験です。 お部屋は清潔で広々、ベッドも寝心地抜群。ワークスペースにはホワイトボードやプロジェクター、Nintendo Switchもあり、仕事も遊びもどちらも快適に過ごせました。Wi-Fiも安定していて、リモートワークにもぴったりです。 駅から徒歩6分とアクセスは良好ですが、やや上り坂になっているので、荷物が多い時は少し大変かもしれません。それでも到着すれば、その分の疲れも吹き飛ぶほど魅力たっぷりの空間が待っています！ さらに感動したのが、ホームベーカリーで焼かれたパン。朝の焼きたてパンは格別で、香ばしい香りとふわふわの食感に癒されました。まるでカフェにいるような贅沢な朝でした。 徒歩圏内にはサウナ、博物館もあり、オーナーおすすめのルートを楽しむだけでも充実した時間が過ごせました。 鉄道ファンはもちろん、ファミリーなど、誰にでもおすすめできる素敵なお宿です。また必ずリピートしたいと思います！

Jolie petite appartement très mignon. Bel environnement et calme. On a passé très bon moment chez Nami-san. Logement est impeccable. J’y hâte de retourner pour la prochaine voyage au Japon.

Chiyo was very helpful recommend some places and air bnb is very clean and comfortable to stay in.

Great little flat for a couple of nights in Tokyo! Nice neighbourhood and not far from Shinjuku

Jacob could not have been more helpful. When I needed help of advice not only would he get back to me quick he would provide Google map links and instructions to make it as easy as possible. They also have extremely good Taste which was evident when I tried their suggestion for a good ramen spot. The place was nice and it had clear directions for everything in English and Japanese. Like how to use the washing machine and dryer. The internet, the TV everything that might confuse you in a new country he had safe guards for that made life easy. He even said if you run into a problem or situation while you’re out exploring, call me and I can help or have someone help you which was reassuring but also so nice and kind to offer that help when frankly that’s not his responsibility anyway. Amazing spot but even more amazing hosts!

Sarah and Finn were wonderful hosts. Their communication was clear and very responsive. They went above and beyond to accommodate our travel schedule and make the apartment feel very welcoming for our arrival. The apartment was clean and the location was convenient to the Yamato train station and shops and restaurants. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and highly recommend this property. Such responsive host & team from the time of booking. The location is brilliant, if you like to feel the hassle and bustle of the famous spot of Kamakura during the day and like to have lots of shopes and restaurants within an easy reach. The accommodation is located above the shops on the 2nd floor (that is British way of decribing or the 3rd floor in Japanese) and with no lift. Brilliant experience.

The place was smaller than expected but the house was really clean. It’s also really close to the station so that made it convenient. We had a rental car and the house came with a parking spot so that was really convenient for us. Overall a nice stay. You also get a great view of Mount Fuji from inside and outside the house.

Such a beautiful home with astonishing views. Host provided clear instructions to locate the home and check in. Just can be a bit difficult to get to due to very narrow and steep roads as I rented a lowered sports car.

Traditional Japanese house with great location!

子ども5人の4家族で利用しました。子どもたちがとても楽しそうにキッズルームで遊んでいました！吹き抜けのため音が筒抜けでしたが、限界まで遊んだ子どもたちはスコーンと寝ました。旅行中だけなら音も我慢できる範囲でした。非日常的な宿に泊まれて楽しかったです！

Schöne Unterkunft in den Bergen um den Ashi-See. Man hat ein ganzes Haus für sich in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung. Die Räumlichkeiten waren sehr sauber und die Aussicht mit Blick auf die Berge und den See ist wirklich schön. Man sollte sich nur bewusst sein, dass man vom See zur Unterkunft je nach Fitnesslevel 20-30 Minuten einen 15% Anstieg zu bewältigen hat, bzw. die nächste Bushaltestelle 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist. Alles in allem aber eine klare Weiterempfehlen für den, der den Fußmarsch nicht scheut! Der Gastgeber ist super, Check-In und Out haben reibungslos funktioniert und es wurde sehr schnell auf Fragen reagiert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

The host was very responsive and helpful. The location is very accessible and convenient to the train station. The room was very clean, organized and neat. This is the best AirBnB I've stayed at since I've been in Japan! 🙌

Wir sind dankbar für die Tage in Kamakura .. auch ein längerer Aufenthalt würde sich dort lohnen! Die Treppen sind tatsächlich eine Schwachstelle, aber kann man in Kauf nehmen.

I have stayed at one of Yin's Kami-kitazawa properties before so that should say a lot about my trust in this Airbnb. It looks better than in the pictures and is a very charming location. There's plenty of privacy thanks to the layout, sliding door that separates the bathroom and shower space, and shades that can be pulled down to separate the desk area from the bed areas. The wifi was great on my laptop, even for video calls. Having a washer and dryer was extremely useful, and the shower temperature was perfect. The AC and heater were also extremely effective. For those who want a comfortable bed, the sofa bed is very cushiony but still firm. I slept on the bunkbed. You can feel the springs in the mattress, and that did not bother me but those with sensitive backs might want a cushion. I slept well! You can also sometimes hear people upstairs but that is the case with many residential Japan places. It did not bother us. I want to stay here again. Thank you for the amazing Airbnb 🙏

We stayed at Toshi's place two years in a row and couldn't be happier. The location is amazing being close to the beach, many cute shops and cafe, the train station and main street of Hase. The place is spotlessly clean and thoughtfully managed with all the amenities you need and more. Toshi is a great host and always responsive, and provided very clear instructions. We felt very welcome and highly recommend staying here!

First of all Toshi is an amazing host, proactive and caring. He helped us with many things and he responded with patience and politeness. The villa/apt is nice and cozy, it has everything you need. Large tv, comfy bed and a fantastic small kitchen. The only thing is the bath is a little high on the edge which can be a little hard to climb over, but that’s not a deal breaker. Thank you Toshi!
