Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con área para fogatas en Arzachena

Die Unterkunft war groß und geräumig, zwei sehr schöne sanierte Badezimmer, zwei sehr große Terrassen mit jeweils sehr gepflegtem Garten und eine dritte Dachterrasse mit Rundumblick. Die Küche besaß alles was wir brauchten inklusive einem modernen 4-Felder-Induktionsherd. Das Warmwasser funktionierte überall einwandfrei und es gab bequeme Gartenmöbel in ausreichender Anzahl. Die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer waren ebenfalls bequem. Im Nachbarort Santa Teresa, der in wenigen Fahrminuten erreichbar ist, gibt es gute und leckere Gastronomie, die wir auch mehrfach genossen haben. Die ganze Gegend hat uns toll gefallen und unser Vermieter Matteo und sein Team sind jederzeit leicht erreichbar, sollte man sie brauchen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Danke, Matteo!

Wir waren für drei Nächte in der Unterkunft. die Wohnung ist iat ruhig gelegen und größere Städte wie Palau sind in 10-15min zu erreichen. Ich würde die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Liebe Claudia und Gregor, so schnell ist die Zeit in Costa Paradiso vergangen, wie schade! Vielen Dank für Alles, auch an Marina, es hat alles so unkompliziert geklappt. Die Gegend um Costa Paradiso ist traumhaft schön, gestern haben wir noch die Küste mit dem Boot abgefahren. Man muss ganz gut zu Fuß sein um in die Villa zu kommen mit den vielen Stufen, aber da man eh meist nur ein Mal am Tag den Weg macht, ist das kein großes Problem. Die Villa ist super groß und geräumig, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und die Küche lässt es an nichts mangeln! Der Sonnenuntergang ist ein Träumchen auf der Terrasse... Restaurants sind gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen und haben auch Angebote für uns Veggies! Wir sagen: Danke 😍

Federico a été un super hôte, qui nous a accueillis très chaleureusement ! La maison est située dans un endroit très calme avec une vue incroyable et un accès privatif à la mer. Nous avons eu la chance de bénéficier des conseils de Federico qui a toujours été super réactif. C’était un réel plaisir

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt, das Haus ist in einer sehr schönen Gegend gelegen und außerdem sehr kinderfreundlich eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber, die schöne Aussicht, der eingezäunte Garten, der kurze Weg zum Strand (ca. 5 Minuten) und der private Autoabstellplatz hinter einem verschlossenen Tor waren sehr fein. Am meisten genossen haben wir die Ruhe und die Sonnenaufgänge, die werden uns immer in Erinnerung bleiben. Wir würden wieder kommen. Auch der Gastgeber Alessio war stets zuvorkommend und hat auf unsere Fragen immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Danke Alessio!

Fabulous location near all the beautiful beaches. A car a must! Lovely villa and super helpful host. Would definitely recommend!

Appartamento nuovo e pulitissimo. Cittadina carina ma ancora poco attrezzata per i turisti. Spiagge molto belle a 45 minuti/1 ora.

Gian Piero ist ein Superhost! Er antwortete immer blitzschnell und war immer hilfsreich. Als bei uns der Grill kaputt ging, kam er sofort und brachte einen neuen Grill. Er erlaubte uns am Anreisetag früher einzuchecken, was sehr praktisch war. Das kleine schöne Haus ist super für eine grosse Familie oder für zwei kleinere Familien. Es hat 3 Schlafzimmer mit 3 Duschen und 3 Toiletten! Den Pool konnten die Kids leider nur zwei mal benutzen, weil das Wasser zu kalt war.Aber im Sommer muss es super sein diesen Pool zu haben. Der Garten hat einen riesengrossen (Oliven?)Baum mit vielen Vögeln, die wunderschön zwischtern. Das Haus hat alles an der Grundausstattung, auch eine tolle Kaffeemaschine. Uns hat beim Kochen an nichts gefehlt. Vom Haus aus kann man den lokalen Strand zu Fuss erreichen. Ein Lebensmittelladen ist 2 min zu Fuss - das ist super! Wir danken Gian Piero für diesen Aufenthalt und hoffen auf ein Wiedersehen!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. L’appartamento e anche la sua posizione sono perfetti per una vacanza con bambini piccoli. L’ ampio giardino con terrazza coperta offrono ai bambini tante possibilità per muoversi e per giocare all’aria aperta. La presenza di una doccia all’ aria aperta e di uno spazio barbecue ci è piaciuto molto. La zona è tranquilla e si è pochissimo distante dal mare! Dopo 10 minuti a piedi si arriva a una bella spiaggia di sabbia con acqua limpida e poco profonda. Riccardo è stato molto disponibile e socievole. Per noi è stata proprio una bella vacanza.

Apartment is very nice! Big plus, that it is located very close to the wonderful beach with 2 restaurants and is close to Olbia . Area is quite and calm. We were staying there in the beginning of April, it felt a quite humid in the apartment. Probably because it is on the ground floor and its not hot yet. But the heating was working well and I imagine that in hot weather its a perfect place to hide from the heat:) Bed and pillows was very comfortable !! Kids were happy to sleep in a bunk bed and adores to play in the garden. Massimiliano is a very friendly and responsive host always helped with everything we asked him.

This is stunning place and Simone is a great host! We loved it and will be back. The terrace is incredible and great way to start and end the day, the beds were super comfortable, the shower was great, it had all we needed and the cool box was a lovely touch. We hired a car which was great for exploring and helpful to have a good spot to park it. Amazing beaches, wonderful restaurants (a number were closed during our stay) and very close to Olbia, the airport and a nice little mall. Simone was helpful and responsive and we are grateful. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en Sardaigne, avec notre fille de 4 ans. Très bonne communication avec l'hôte, réactif, et aide sur les emplacements. Très bon accueil également. Le logement est très bien situé et a une belle vue sur l'île. Le logement est un peu trop sombre à mon goût dû a l'exposition, la cuisine est peu ergonomique (et donc moins pratique pour quelqu'un de grand) et la douche un peu petite. Peut être qu'il manque un ou deux produits d'entretien et un aspirateur 😊. Nous mettons 5 étoiles car cela n'a en rien gâché notre séjour, et le rapport qualité prix est très correct.

Séjour très agréable. Frederica et ses parents très disponibles et discrets. Plages magnifiques à 10 mn de voiture. Centre ville à 5 mn à pied, tout commerces. Logement propre et fonctionnel. Jardin et terrasse fleuris où nous avons pris quelques repas et où nous avons bu une spécialité locale, le Mirto, délicieuse après un café maison offerts par nos hôtes. Très gentils !

Abbiamo trascorso una piacevole vacanza con amico peloso al seguito nel delizioso appartamento di Paola, vicinissimo al mare e in un contesto di residence ben attrezzato. Paola ci ha consigliato anche un paio di ristorantini molti buoni. Esperienza da ripetere: grazie Paola!

Gli Hosts , Giovanni prima con le sue indicazioni e Antonella durante il check-in e il soggiorno, sono molto disponibili e gentili. Forniscono molto di più di quanto richiesto (dolcetti, mirto, passeggino, indicazioni utili) e si vede che hanno a cuore gli ospiti. La casa è aderente alle foto. Punti di forza: grande, con ampio giardino con barbecue dove pranzare e cenare, posizione comoda sia per spiaggia che per città/servizi, tranquilla e silenziosa. E' anche fresca nonostante non ci siano i condizionatori. Aree di miglioramento: non è super accessoriata o moderna, ma è comunque in linea con le aspettativa e super adeguata al prezzo chiesto. Lo specifico solo per settare le aspettative. In definitiva raccomando questa soluzione soprattutto per chi come noi viaggia con i bimbi. La spiaggia vicina è bella, ma noi siamo andati spesso anche in altre perchè il mare scendeva un po' troppo profondamente per i nostri piccoli (ma forse è colpa delle maree del periodo). C'è da dire che lì vicino c'è un ristorante "Stella Marina" davvero ottimo.

The place was one of the best we’ve stayed in Italy, and we’ve stayed in plenty of places before. It wasn’t because of the place itself but because of the hospitality in particular Mr Longobardi. I fell extremely ill on my second to last day with a throat infection and his support to aid me back to health was truly heartwarming, he stayed with me while my boyfriend went to pick up my prescriptions and constantly checked up on me until we checked out. He also did many things I cannot list on here otherwise my review will be too long! It was truly a selfless act that it is rare to find in these days… thank you so much! I really hope this review explains in detail how amazing the hosts were! Hope to see you all again soon, we will definitely be back. Grazie Mille ❤️
