The place was beautiful, and very spacious. It is very well decorated and has a lot of character. There are a lot of entertainment amenities including the projector, Alexa in each of the rooms, and tvs throughout the property. There is a quaint exterior area on the rooftop, which is great for grilling out and just relaxing. We will definitely be back on subsequent trips. Jason is very responsive and respectful, he is definitely an amazing host.

This Airbnb was one of the best places that we ‘ve experienced. All needs met; no issues; quick response time; easy to reach location in a nice neighborhood; plenty of parking in front of the home.

Leisa’s home suited our needs to a T!! We were in town to attend a wedding at the London Town and Gardens, which was just a half mile away. The rehearsal dinner in downtown Annapolis was also a short distance away. Everything was fresh and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the showers were really great. The lack of seating in the main room wasn’t a problem for us as we didn’t spend much time there during the day. The area around the pool looked really comfortable and inviting for guests staying during the summer season! Would stay there again.

Just what we needed to get away from the busy house where everyone else was staying. It was quiet and comfortable. The kitchen has several basics like olive oil and a few mini waters and instant coffee. It’s a quirky house with charm. We would absolutely stay there again!

Tyler's place was perfect for our stay with our extended family. It's spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax indoors and out. It has a very nice large porch and deck, great for some solitude or for kids to play. The beds were comfy and the linens ample, there are gorgeous large bathrooms and luxurious showers, the kitchen was well-stocked and included an amazing high-end stove, and the living spaces are nicely decorated and furnished with art and tons of books. One bedroom had lots of toys and kids' books, a very nice touch. Tyler was helpful, accommodating, and responsive. The location is very convenient to Arlington National Cemetery and within walking distance to a Metro stop. Everything about this rental was fantastic--we highly recommend it if you need a lovely space for a large group. Thanks, Tyler!

We loved this beautiful house. We were in DC for a trade show and we chose it for its convenience to the Convention Center which is a very short (5 minutes) walk away. There is a Safeway supermarket 1-2 minutes walk away and the closest subway station is at the Convention Center. Everything feels safe and is very walkable: the National Mall, Capitol Building and the museums are all within about a 35 minute walk. Many good restaurants close by. You will hear traffic noise (it’s a city) but the road where the house is situated is quiet and tree lined. We loved eating meals on the roof deck and drinking morning coffee on the little front balcony. Beds were comfortable. Secure parking if you have a car. Would definitely recommend Sal’s place and hope to return.

Brandon was very responsive and his house was exactly what we needed for visiting DC with children and a dog. The drive into DC was easy and scenic. The house was clean, the fenced yard was great for the dog, the neighborhood felt safe with great water views for walking, and there were good restaurants on the water within short driving distance from the house. Overall it was a great experience!

We really enjoyed staying here. It was a spacious home and we love the community. We were in town visiting family and It was so convenient being so close to family and friends. Very comfortable

The space was beautiful, modern charm, clean, and accommodating. Everything inside the house was easy to find and had everything we needed for a quick DC trip with our 4 kids (including a pizza cutter!). The host even helped us with parking, while we took the metro into DC. Closest station was less than 1 block away. Would absolutely stay again!

Gillian and Boe were great communicators and super friendly and helpful. Everything was easy! A great stay. For detail-minded visitors: the bed was VERY comfy. And the shower is not large (stall size) but awesome water pressure and heat - felt like a mini-spa in there, a real treat :) We came during peak of spring in DC and their yard was full of beautiful blooms - a delightful bonus.

We enjoyed our stay at Trish's place. She was very helpful and friendly, and even shared an item from her own kitchen to make our stay even better. The place is very homey and cozy and we enjoyed the fireplace. The neighborhood is peaceful and attractive.

Robert is the friendliest host I've had the pleasure to have, I felt right at home. The are felt very safe, I was comfortable going for my runs every morning, and Robert was kind enough to let me take his dog Rubi on a run with me. If I ever come back to the DMV area, this is the only place I'll stay.

A great centrally-located spot. A Whole Foods and lots of restaurants nearby. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean. We would stay there again!

It was comfortable and beautiful. The Johnson’s made me feel at home and safe. They provided all kinds of homely things, coffee, microwave, tea, trash bags and extra towels, soaps, lotions, pots and pans. This was truly like being at home. They talked to me like a friend not a customer. I would advise others to try this new way to stay in a hotel.

Tremendous location for our first visit to DC, beautiful location and really accessible for all tourist sights. Lots of cafes, bars and marts close by and everyone in DC super helpful.

This was a very comfortable home for our family of four. It seemed the host thought of everything we might want/need during our stay. The home was in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the metro. The only potential downside was the basement aspect of the home. It did not feel like a basement, but there was some noise that came through the floor. Very minor impact. I definitely recommend this place!

What can I say about my stay at Villa de Bowie?! It was great! My room, let alone the whole house, was remarkable. DiMitri has been extremely hospitable and responsive. The house was clean, welcoming, and offered many amenities. The atmosphere was beautiful and the other guests, from a host of different backgrounds/careers, were respectful and pleasant. Had an awesome stay in here! Heather introduced me to various Washington DC attractions and gave helpful tips on how I can maximize my time around the area. She communicated effectively before and during my stay with the intent to set me up for as much success as possible. The listing is located in a safe + walkable + friendly neighborhood that is in close proximity to all the major attractions in the area. It was easy to navigate using the Metro, walking, driving/rideshare, or E-scooter + E-bike. The entire house, my room, and my bathroom were pristine and exceeded my expectations - I appreciated all the artwork, ambience, and attention to detail that was put in. This place is a gem, highly recommended!

What a cool spot! I took my family to Annapolis to celebrate my sister’s 60th and we stayed on Kent Island at Nila’s place. The drive here is gorgeous. Thinks scenic with mature trees and headed to the water. The grounds are gorgeous with the golf course meandering throughout. Everyone is friendly driving their golf carts and waving. The house is sick! Think mad men for 2024. Felt like I was staying in an upscale hotel with family, cozy bedrooms upstairs. Plus the second living room. Soooo cool. I did get the projector to work and watched a few dvds with the surround sound. That was pretty cool!! I do Airbnb a lot and I would give this experience a 10/10 on all the things that matter - value, comms, thoughtfulness, cleanliness, location etc. thank you Nila!

We will try to stay here again, for any future visits to DC. This home felt so warm, welcoming and uncomplicated. It was the perfect location to be central to everything, yet offers a blooming, picturesque backyard retreat to unwind. We could tell that the hosts, Aman and Krista, aren’t just offering a place to stay, they care about creating a positive experience. Communication was very prompt, kind and always helpful. They provided so many thoughtful extras including books, games, everything you need in a kitchen, plenty of towels, soaps, a coffee station, and even fresh cut flowers upon arrival and extra toys for my grandson! Everything was spotless and beds were perfect (not too hard and not too soft). Our family of six unanimously wants to come back. Thank you for a wonderful stay in DC, Aman and Krista!

I had a fantastic stay at DiMitri’s place! He was extremely communicative, responsive, and made sure everything was clean and comfortable throughout my stay.
