Patrick and Jane's home is the perfect homebase to explore DC & Alexandria for small families, especially if you have dogs! Their house was very clean and clear of clutter which is perfect if you have small children or dogs. The fenced in backyard was just enough space for our two dogs to get outside quickly and the fence was fully enclosed with no need to worry about our little dog getting out, but big enough to not worry about our big dog causing any issues. There is also a great 4 Mile Park trail that is only a 5-10 minute walk away. 5 minute walk and you have an entire suburban shopping center with any essentials like groceries, Target, Homegoods, Best Buy, quick food, gas station, etc.. 15 minute walk to board the Metro station for an easy 30-45 minute ride anywhere around the DC area. One stop away from the airport. 10 minute walk to the best biscuit sandwiches at Biscuit District Company. 10 minute drive to the Del Ray area with great food and boutique options. Great Place!

This location was great for a family gathering. Convenient to transportation (airport and metro), and situated near shopping, parks and playgrounds. The house is large and sleeps 12 easily. It was very clean and has all the needs of visiting guests (furnishings, kitchen appliances/dishes/utensils, towels, etc.). Overall, a wonderful home base for a family holiday gathering.

We had an excellent experience at Kirubel's place. Prime location to downtown Arlington and a quick ride into DC. The house is just as described, and Kirubel was immediately responsive. Great location if you have a 7-9 people looking to stay just outside of DC.

Very comfortable home with lots of privacy and a nice living room area. The hosts are very accomodating and willing to help with any questions or needs you may have.

Extremely polite and responsive host. Very clean and very well equipped including kitchen and bbq. Large bright family room where we spend a lot of time playing games and listening to the music. Ideal for family get together. approx 20 minutes to all major attractions and restaurants.

Most of the time I travel with just my family but sometimes we get to travel with our labor team also. Angel and Ryan offer great accommodations for all of us. Safe relaxing, spacious and great water pressure!!! We needed extra blanket because it was colder for April the night we were there and Ryan went out of his way to make it work for us. Our team was a mix of needs and they had something for all of us. They care for their house a little extra because it has a few live thriving plants what a great way to provide the true home feeling we so appreciate after hard work and long travels. The neighbor is great ! To accommodate all my teams needs I slept on the daybed and it was actually comfortable. All slept well. Thank you much Definitely worth the short drive out of DC.

Very clean and nice place to stay in a good location. It was nice to have amenities and all the essentials for a quick getaway. We were only there for one night but we enjoyed our time there to visit friends and loved being able to have our dog with us and walk her in the neighborhood.

Beautiful, comfortable, quiet place to stay in Georgetown. The neighborhood itself is friendly and walkable and the bnb was everything we hoped for. The place has a very clean and relaxed feeling. We felt right at home. The bed is great too. Natascha was very helpful with getting us started with a parking pass. Highly recommend!!!

Stayed with Vincent for almost three months and can’t recommend this place enough. Vincent is wonderful and very responsive. The apartment has everything you need and location is great. Close to everything. We will for sure be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Enchanted in Alexandria! The space was beautifully stocked with everything we needed, and we felt comfortable and right at home from the moment we arrived. Becky was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. One of our favorite features was the garden area – so peaceful and charming, and the fire pit made it even more special. If we’re ever in the DC area again, we’ll definitely be booking Enchanted without hesitation. Highly recommend!

Perfect location, super comfortable and clean apartment on the Orange/Silver Metro line. The location is walkable to Clarendon, Rosslyn, and Georgetown. The rooftop may be the best—unobstructed, views of DC, Georgetown, and Alexandria!

I had a wonderful stay at the Good Vacation House! The house is really nice clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. They offer free tea and coffee, snacks, oh my God, I REALLY liked that! There’s also free paper towel, free toilet paper, and free kitchen and bathroom soap. Everything is provided just like at home!

We will try to stay here again, for any future visits to DC. This home felt so warm, welcoming and uncomplicated. It was the perfect location to be central to everything, yet offers a blooming, picturesque backyard retreat to unwind. We could tell that the hosts, Aman and Krista, aren’t just offering a place to stay, they care about creating a positive experience. Communication was very prompt, kind and always helpful. They provided so many thoughtful extras including books, games, everything you need in a kitchen, plenty of towels, soaps, a coffee station, and even fresh cut flowers upon arrival and extra toys for my grandson! I will forever be grateful for the amazing weekend my wife and I spent at the Dulles Executive Resort. It was love at first sight when we checked in after an overwhelmed 5 hours red eye flight. We needed a secluded place to rest and it was far better than what we had hoped for even beyond a stretch of our imagination. Beside being conveniently located less than 10 minutes away from IAD, the DER offers so many amenities..Our host welcoming attitude left no room for reproach. To start this review off, Amir was a lifesaver for our group. We had an issue with our other Airbnb where we booked and had to leave at 2:00 AM. Amir responded to our message very late at night and allowed a seamless check-in. Thank you so much! On top of that, we really loved our stay here! The space is very large and comfortable for a group. The coffee bar is stocked too! We loved the outdoor spaces but didn't end up really taking advantage of them. The house is well located in relation to DC and a short drive from the Metro (not walkable). It's a beautiful space and very modern! It's clean, safe, and perfect for a group that wants to spend time in DC and have a peaceful place to return to. A great place to stay!
