10/10 stay! We’ve been here since January and it’s truly felt like home. Super comfortable living room, great bed and bath, and the kitchen has everything you need. Perfect spot for remote work too—quiet, cozy, and easy to settle into. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Dana’s Airbnb. We feel so grateful to have found such a lovely space and kind host. The bnb was exactly what we had hoped for — spacious, comfortable, great natural lighting, a supremely well stocked kitchen, a huge shower and tub, great heating which made our wintery stay so cozy and soft king size beds. Dana went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable throughout our stay. She stopped by to help us figure out how to use an appliance and replied promptly and compassionately to any questions we had. Her timely communication put us at ease and helped our trip run smoothly. If we’re back in Denver we would happily stay at Dana’s lovely Airbnb again. Many thanks, Evan & June

Very well equipped and very nicely appointed. there were many well thought of small details that were very helpful. The outside space was private and pleasant and all you could ask for. Very sunny and let a lot of nice light into the unit. We would definitely stay there again!

Great stay! It was SO nice and quiet here for sleeping, not always true in other lower level apartments. Lots of natural light from the windows. Has everything you need, everything worked great, looked great and felt very private. Very comfy bed, too! I met the hosts out working in their yard and beautiful garden, such nice people! Would stay again for sure. (Side note: National Jewish Health is a short, easy walk from here if that’s your destination.) Thanks!

Dawn’s place was extremely comfortable. Her hospitality & responsiveness were top notch. What was particularly nice was Dawn having snacks/breakfast items and drinks available in the apartment when we checked in. There were even ice cream bars in the freezer. That made it super inviting & helped us out when we got in late from the airport. The bed and couch were very comfortable. It was a nice stay & Dawn was an understanding & helpful host.

This cozy space was all we needed for my family to unwind from our adventures of the day. Location was quiet while also convenient for us to get anywhere we needed in a jiffy.

This place was a fantastic find that met all of our needs for the week. The walk-up basement was furnished just as described and shown in the pictures. The bed was comfortable and the huge bathroom was really nice. We cooked every night and the kitchen had everything we needed. The backyard space was wonderful for our little chihuahua! I highly recommend this place!!

Decorations/photos/pictures were wonderful. Also little bits of humor in the living room/kitchen/dining area. Caused us to smile--and think :} Felt very comfortable from the first. We were surprised/pleased by the amount of kitchen amenities. As we walked the neighborhood, it became clear it was safe with good neighbors and a great lake and park to walk in within just a few blocks. Would definitely recommend as an all around great place to stay. We would stay there again!!

Samuel’s place was perfect for us for our weekend getaway. House was clean and accommodating. Hot tub was wonderful after a surprise snowstorm. Kitchen was perfect for our needs. House instructions were clear and Samuel was very communicative.

I stayed at Raj’s beautiful place for 4 nights and I absolutely loved it. The pictures don’t do justice to the actual place. There was everything and beyond what I needed. Incredibly clean, quiet, safe. 15-minutes walk to the convention center. E-bikes and e-scooters available everywhere around the neighborhood. Very close to a huge grocery store to fill up your fridge. I truly felt at home, would absolutely stay again and can’t recommend enough.

This is my third time staying at Sally’s place with my dog, and each time it is wonderful! Definitely becoming a home away from home for us and looking forward to another stay!

I had an amazing stay in downtown Denver! The location was perfect—walking distance to great restaurants, shops, and everything the city has to offer. The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. What really made the stay stand out was the host—they were incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and made check-in a breeze. You can tell he really cares about their guests' experience. I’d absolutely stay here again next time I’m in town!

Kari’s place was great! She was very responsive when I had a question. We appreciated her hospitality.

The house is bright and comfortable. The bedrooms have blinds and curtains so nice and dark at night. The neighborhood very very quiet. It is a quick and easy drive to DU with a cute street with coffee and brew house just down the street. We would definitely book again.

Andrew's communication was great! He was very quick to respond. He allowed us to check in a little early. The home was in a quiet neighborhood. House was beautiful! Beds were comfortable and house was clean. The only slight negative was carpet in bathroom. It had a fee small stains but that is to be expected with a rental.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The space was so clean and nice, and felt like home. Also, Alfonso was very responsive and kind throughout my stay, and made me feel valued as a guest. And the home is a walkable area in a pretty neighborhood. Would totally stay again!

We had a great stay. Everything we wanted to do was about a 20 min drive. The condo was quiet and very clean. We will definitely be back!

Ashley’s Perfect Place, was truly the perfect place. She was extremely accommodating as we had landed in early morning & she accommodated for us to check in early! The place was beyond spotless & felt like home. Always a pleasant & comforting atmosphere to return to especially with the winter colds! I would definitely check out Ashley’s Perfect Place as it really is the Perfect Place if you’re visiting the Aurora/Denver area.

Exactly as advertise! My brothers and I enjoyed our time at Mark’s place. It was clean, spacious and easy to find. If you’re looking for host that’s responsive, polite and provides a cozy, clean, spacious place, then Mark is your guy! We’ll definitely stay here again in the future. Thanks Mark!

We had a great stay at Kerri’s place. The apartment was perfect - very clean and quiet. Having the light rail so close was the best - so handy to get to downtown. Would love to stay here again!

When I say Meg’s place matched the listing, I mean it was exactly as listed! The photos are entirely accurate and almost don’t do the place justice! For context, I moved to Colorado to start a new job, and needed a place to stay in the interim until I found a permanent residence, and Meg’s place was perfect. I stayed for a bit over 2 months. Well located, close to my new job, major interstates, shopping, food, and DEN. A good place for a new Coloradan to get the lay of the land. Check-in and out was a breeze, the place was immaculate, and both Meg and Kelvin were super responsive. Thermostat quit while I was there in the middle of a cold snap in January, replaced quickly. There are some reviews on this place that mention the firm bed, and it is rather firm. If you’re like me and you don’t care for a firm bed, be warned. If the firmer the better, this place cannot be beat. By the end, I will admit, I was definitely used to the firmness. Wonderful place, gracious hosts, would recommend!

Brian’s place was conveniently located near a bunch of great restaurants and was a quick 20-25 min drive to/from the airport! The fenced-in lot provided a lot of privacy so it made traveling solo feel very safe. His home was stocked with anything and everything you could need for a quick or a long getaway. Brian was quick to respond to any questions I had & was understanding to my situation. I highly recommend staying here!

Really enjoyed this place a lot. It was exactly as advertised and just really great overall.
