What a beautiful, well taken care of home and community. Clean, prefect amount of amenities and supplies in the kitchen. We loved having breakfast and lunch in the balcony. The pool wasn’t heated but when we went in late March was still swimmable. The beach is *not* super walkable as there is no pathway, we walked along the freeway in the grass and then on a smaller road, in total around 1.5 miles away from the house. We liked the carts that were available for carting around larger items like beach chairs etc. Host was super great and accommodating. We’ll be back for another visit for a quant quiet visit to this small beach town.

This house was perfect for our family of 4 and pup! Plenty of space and located in the middle of everything, we could walk or ride our bikes to eat, get ice cream or donuts. And the best part, the walk to the beach access was right across the street! With young kids, this was a dream and made the stay so much more relaxing. Perfect house and perfect location. Definitely recommend!

The Sand Bar is a beautiful home. The 5 bedrooms met our needs. The hot tub and pool being private really made the place more inviting. We used the two decks to sit bar and relax to the sounds of the Ocean. We cooked several meals and all the appliances including the fabulous grill . The beds were very comfortable and had quality linens. The elevator was fantastic and helped get the coolers of food and drinks to the 3rd floor.

Perfect place for a quiet beach getaway. One block from the beach! We used the pool (not heated) a few times and the hot tub each night. Mattresses and pillows were comfortable and plenty of towels. Nice big washer and dryer. Kitchen was well stocked-pleasantly surprised by all the spices. Good WiFi connection if you are considering working remotely.

Hands down the best air bnb I have stayed at. Before booking, I had serval inquires about the space & Connor was very helpful. The booking process itself was extremely easy & straightforward. Connor was also very responsible before & during our stay. For the space itself, it was wonderful. It was located in a gated community, so i felt very safe. The community itself was very clean & even had a little place to walk your dog (bonus for me because I was traveling with two dogs). It is located directly across from the pool as it states in the description. The inside was extremely clean and up to date. the kitchen was full off all the necessities including a crockpot! The place was located to close to others, however there was a lot of privacy despite this fact. I also enjoyed the screened in porch and balcony as my dogs are people watchers & my mom enjoyed reclining in the seat on the balcony. Needless to say, I will be booking this for one of my future vacations. 10000/10 recommend.

We had a great stay at Jessica’s place! It was clean, comfortable, and had a warm, welcoming feel. The location was perfect for what we needed, and everything was just as described. Would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay at Doug and Lori’s place celebrating my 55th birthday! What a great place and location. We immediately felt right at home. There was fun pirate/beach decor throughout. All very well done! It was perfect for my husband and I. We enjoyed the screened patio and the view of the pool is lovely! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We recommend staying here and we definitely plan to stay again one day.

We were pleased with the spacious home and great set up . We really enjoyed the outdoor area with hot tub and fire pit. We were very pleased there was wood there for us. We had had an awesome stay.
