This was the perfect stay for it being my first time in Phoenix, it made it very easy due to the fact that it’s only 7 minutes from the airport. This location is in the middle of everything but still in a quiet peaceful location. The unit I stayed in was very clean homey and even had a lot of privacy. I also felt very safe and secure since the unit is located behind the main house and has a nice gate that is key entry access only. The home was fully equipped with everything I needed to cook clean and to make myself comfortable… The host is so sweet friendly always responds promptly and was very considerate for allowing me to do an early check in. I would definitely stay here again and plan to book once I’m in town again. Definitely a 5 star stay for a solo trip or a couple stay.

Close to university with effective office area and comfortable bed.

My co-worker and I stayed here for a week while performing at ASU Gammage. The apt was within walking distance to work in a peaceful neighborhood. Our only wish is that we could have stayed longer. The apt was clean, comfortable and spacious, and Troy was incredibly accommodating and kind.

Great location! Had issues with parking (someone parked in our reserved spot the whole time we were there), but hosts were responsive. We ended up trying to find spots that didn’t belong to anyone and also parked in visitor parking. That was a bit stressful, but other than that, it was a great location close to some really cool restaurants and shops.

For a group of four this place was perfect. Both the apartment and the area were clean and felt safe. Paula was a fantastic host who responded promptly with the few questions we did have. I would absolutely stay here again.

Cute little air bnb in the heart of downtown Mesa. Convenient location and I felt safe. Paul was always quick to respond to any questions & graciously accommodated my request. Thanks for a great stay while I worked at Banner Desert Medical Center.

Katie’s place was great! Nice, quiet, safe, and walkable location, lots of nearby stores and restaurants, close to hiking trails. It had everything I needed for a long term stay! Would definitely recommend for anyone staying in Phoenix.

Rae’s home has everything you could need - spacious, very comfortable beds, huge couch, GIANT tv, fast WiFi and fully stocked kitchen. I stayed for several months and was very happy. The back porch has chairs and table and bbq grill, grocery stores five minutes away, and enough restaurants for days when I didn’t want to cook. Oh, and it is a very quiet neighborhood, very safe to walk at night, had zero issues during my stay. Phoenix is just up the road for the airport, spring training games, or anything else. Highly recommend Rae’s home for both short term and long stays!

This was the perfect stay for my girls trip/birthday trip. Not only is this home spacious, but it’s beautiful inside. The flamingo interior makes you feel like you’re on an episode of Love Island 😂😂 My friends and I LOVED the decor. The pool outside is a pluss. There are so many photo ops in here too. The attention to detail with the flamingo theme was top tier. I would definitely stay here again. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I was about 20-30 min away from most of my destinations. A rental is definitely recommended. Nate answered back fast when I had a question. 5 starssss ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Connie’s house has a lot of space and beds as described and a huge backyard. The neighborhood is nice and has walkable sidewalk “trails”.

We were in town for my dads 93rd birthday. Marty's place was 5 minutes from his place, 5 minutes from resturants, brew pub, crumble cookie 7 many other things. Freeway access is super easy, 20 minutes from the Sky Harbor airport. Marty's place worked great for us and we would stay there again if/when needed. Marty responded very quickly with any questions we had. Thank you it was a greata stay.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The house is even better than the photos and so well stocked with makeup wipes, lotion, hair tools, etc. The hosts are very responsive and easy to work with. They answered my millions of questions quickly and allowed my friend to check in early. The house is only a quick drive (or Lyft) to old town which was super convenient. The only minor issue we had was troubleshooting the Alexa on the outdoor patio (she had a mind of her own) but that doesn’t take away from the perfect stay we had. I highly recommend staying here and would gladly book again if ever I’m in the area.

Location was great. We were down for a baseball tournament at multiple fields and for spring training games and the house was about 20min from everywhere. Host was very responsive we needed supplies and he got it sent right to the house. The place had lots of space great for two Families to share.

We had an amazing stay at Jeffery’s. This home was perfect for our family, the heated pool was incredible, as was the hot tub and smoker bbq. The home is welcoming and has everything you need, and is well decorated with very comfortable good quality beds. The neighbourhood is peaceful and there are several parks and playgrounds within a couple blocks radius. The grocery store nearby is a bonus and it’s a super family friendly area. The host is very attentive and helpful as well. I highly recommend staying at this Airbnb.

We enjoyed staying in your home very much! There was more than enough space for 5 of us! We hope to return again! During our stay we visited the pool, Rosati’s, Fat Cats, and various of recommendations you gave us. We didn’t make it to Pecan Lake Entertainment but that is first on the list once we return! We had an amazing stay in Nick’s condo! It had everything we needed: prime location on the property, close to the heart of Scottsdale, clean & well kept with intentional effort to make it cozy and provided a peaceful space to unwind after a day of adventuring. Dare I say it’s even better in person than the listing portrays. Nick is a great host. He let us know the cleaners were done early and allowed early check in, which was so nice after an early morning of travel. We could also tell that he really listens to his guest as we noticed some freshly restocked goods based on prior reviews. The pool was also perfection and everyone we encountered was so nice! No issues with neighbors or noise disturbances once during our stay. We will absolutely be back to stay! Thanks, Nick!

Stayed six nights in Scottsdale. The condo was in a great location, close to restaurants and shopping. We really enjoyed the pool every afternoon to cool off. The unit had a view of the pool which gave it that resort feel. We would not hesitate to stay here again on our next trip to AZ.

We loved our stay in Mesa. The apartment was well appointed, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Our host was very responsive to questions and when there was an issue with the dryer, he had it resolved within hours. We would stay here again! One of our favorite places to date.
