We really loved our stay, we were made to feel so welcome and Ana Maria and Mario are wonderful and were fantastic hosts. We liked the location, but it is a short walk to the centre and up lots of stairs, which we didn't mind, but should be considered when booking. The roof terrace was great as was the daily home cooked breakfast. We would certainly stay again and recommend to others.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits chez Lucy et Nery pendant le week-end de Pâques et avons adoré notre séjour ! Ils sont très chaleureux et accueillants. Les moments de partage lors du petit déjeuner étaient très agréables, nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Le logement est propre et dispose d’une salle de bain privée. L’emplacement est idéal, tout est facilement accessible à pied. Nous recommandons vivement !

Me encantó el alojamiento, Paty me hizo sentir como en casa, buen recibimiento, amena charla, siempre amable y atenta a que estuviera a gusto. PD: Si buscas economizar, en la terminal de buses sale un bus que deja en San Bartolomé, a solo unas calles del alojamiento y cobra 2 quetzales.

precioso alojamiento en mi tierra bella lo recomiendo al 100% ...comunicación con el anfitrión de primera....seguridad en el establecimiento al 100 y dentro del departamento todo lo necesario para el diario vivir....y la tecnología no se diga todo de primera....sera mi primera opción en una nueva visita.

The room was pristine and located within a hotel so there was good breakfast and every service a hotel has to offer, despite the property being a full 1 bedroom apartment.

This listing is in Zone 10, which is one of the better zones in Guatemala City. You can easily walk to multiple grocery stores and restaurants. You can do your laundry here at the listing. This rental also has multiple dedicated working spaces with chairs that properly support your back and neck while using your laptop computer. The wi-fi is reliable and fast. There's a 4-burner stove with cooking gear if you want to prepare your own meals. There's also many plants if you enjoy that kind of scenery. Willy is an excellent host who always tries to accommodate his guests with excellence and kindness. He communicates very well and applies more effort than any Airbnb host I've ever stayed with. I enjoy speaking with him, and his unique humor. Most Airbnb hosts within this price range could learn a lot from Willy. I encourage Airbnb hosts to stay here for a few days, and try to understand what guests want/need to feel welcome.

From the time I reserved with Ana Lucrecia, she was very responsive and communicated frequently to make sure everything was clear prior to arriving. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had a change of plans last minute and didn't stay at her location, however, she was extremely understanding and still made herself available if we needed anything while in Guatemala. While I unfortunately can't speak about her place since we had to cancel last minute, I can say with complete confidence that Ana Lucrecia goes above and beyond the call to make sure you not only have a pleasant stay but an extraordinary experience while in Guatemala. She even checked in with us to make sure things were going well on the trip days after our reservation. I highly recommend Ana Lucrecia if you want someone who truly cares about your experience.

Die Aussicht vom Airbnb ist sehr schön und das Airbnb ist sehr stielvoll und modern eingereicht und hat eine große Ausstattung! Diego hat sehr schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet und war hilfreich. Das Airbnb liegt in einer guten Umgebung. Es wäre schön wenn der Check in etwas später sein würde.

Mauricios apt was great as usual. It was very clean and had everything necessary for an enjoyable stay. The communication, check in and check out were were great and the location is superb. Very short walk to stores, restaurants and bars. Will definitely stay again in the future

Ginger was an exceptionally welcoming and communicative host from start to finish. From the moment our reservation was accepted through to checkout, we truly felt cared for and well accommodated. The property itself is peaceful, beautifully curated, and absolutely dreamy. Our room was incredibly comfortable, featuring top-of-the-line beds and bedding that ensured a restful and luxurious stay. A special highlight was the bathtub—a rare find in Guatemala, which made our experience even more enjoyable. We can’t wait to return!

Esta es la segunda vez que me hospedo en el Palacio de Edith y puedo decir que volveré a hospedarme en su hospedaje. Reservé 2 habitaciones en esta ocación. Es un lugar maravilloso y un servicio de primera. Recomendado para personas que buscan algo muy diferente a lo tradicional. El hospedaje es un palacio estilo frances con hermosas habitaciones y areas de estar muy acogedaras y el desayuno fantastico, un donde te sentiras que viajas al pasado con sus detalles. Muchas gracias Edith y seguro volveremos pronto de nuevo.

Beautiful and well maintained property! Ana was very friendly and helpful. The peacocks were our favorite part of the stay! Would definitely come back again :)
