Stump Henge (Bed & Breakfast in a wagon)

Spend a peaceful night in a sheepherder's wagon next to a stream. Our 10-acre farm is conveniently located 9 miles from the Mesa Verde National Park entrance and midway between two famous mountain biking destinations. This charming getaway features a comfy double bed, pull-out table, some kitchen supplies plus an array of teas and coffee, an outdoor fire pit, easy parking, and a dedicated full guest bath in the main house nearby. Wake up to our simple yet substantial homemade breakfast.

Located at the center of the historic Lakeview community, this farmhouse is a perfect place to stay, for any type of visit. Nearby attractions include: Mesa Verde National Park, Four Corners Monument, Phil’s World mountain biking area, Hesperus Ski Area, Telluride Ski Resort, Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad, and the Montezuma County Fairgrounds. This home is a great place for a family to stay. There are farm animals to see on the property, and an apple orchard to enjoy.

Navajo Yurt~ Mesa Verde Views on Campground

Our traditional Navajo Hogan offers a unique experience. Only 5 miles from downtown Cortez. Showers & kitchen are seasonal from April - October. It has a porta-potty, pump sink & portable battery inside. It comes with a queen size bed with full linens, and two towels. There is a wood stove is inside for heat and boiling water. This is located on a private campground. Please see photos. Extra linens are available for rental onsite. Price includes 2 guests, $10 each after, up to 6 total.
