Very happy we chose this apartment. It is located in the East side of Spello which is the better side - the best scenery, and we only heard the countryside. Easy walk to the village centre, can also recommend the charming aquaduct walk nearby. Very old building but modernised interior. We did not meet Argen in person, but he responded very quickly to any queries.

Tutto ciò che leggete sulla descrizione è vera non mancava nulla! Appartamento nuovo, pulito, spazioso vicino alla spiaggia di sassi e sabbia a pochi minuti a piedi; anche supermercati e ristoranti molto comodi dall' abitazione. Host accoglienti e discreti anche se vivono accanto. Arrivati ci hanno fatto trovare acqua fresca in frigo e frutta fresca in tavola. Ci hanno suggerito dove andare a mangiare e abbiamo mangiato sempre bene. Sono una coppia splendida. Esperienza ottima, davvero consigliato e se passeremo ancora da quelli parti sicuramente chiederemo a Mario e Angelina di poter soggiornare ancora da loro!

Clotilde è un host molto accogliente e disponibile. L appartamento ha tutto il necessario per soddisfare ogni confort. Il giardino e la veranda sono un plus. Noi abbiamo soggiornato con una bambina di 3 anni e ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre esigenze.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem Haus ! Die Unterkunft ist modern, stilvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Es fehlt an nichts, die Ausstattung lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Besonders begeistert hat uns die Ruhe und die traumhafte Aussicht auf das kleine Tal mit den Olivenbäumen – einfach atemberaubend. Insgesamt ein toller Ort zum Entspannen und Genießen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – vielen Dank!

Bellissima casa spaziosa e mi sono trovata molto bene per il silenzio di questa collina vicina la città e il mare. La vista panoramica dall’appartamento è stata molto emozionante perché era un immergersi naturalmente con il tutto. Giulia è il suo compagno sono stati presenti ma discreti. Il loro cane è adorabile. Ho dormito comodamente sul letto. Tutto sommato, la mia permanenza è andata benissimo. Penso che ci ritornerò. Lo consiglio.

Ferdinando’s House is a true outstanding property. Beautiful, impeccable. It provides all the comforts. The view is speechless and Ferdinando is the most friendly, efficient, and helpful host you can have. I stayed at la Quercia. A real dream. Very highly recommended.

This is a fabulous large private one storey house with a gorgeous safe garden for our dogs. It’s amazing to be so central in Spello with charming streets, restaurants, bars and boutiques and yet still peaceful and quiet in this property with garden. Sitting outside in various seating options was lovely. Manuela was really helpful even carrying some of our luggage from the square to the house while we had the dogs! A lovely bottle of wine and snacks awaited. There were lots of basics provided which was very useful. All clean and authentic with everything you could think of. We wish we had stayed longer than 2 nights though! The walk up the steps to the car park is most definitely well worth it 🥰

We had an exceptional 2-week stay at Lucia and Carlo’s beautiful two-level apartment. My son, a professional golfer, had a tournament at Canero Golf Course, and this place was the perfect retreat. The location is ideal, close to lovely beaches and fantastic seafood restaurants. We experienced a transition from warm beach weather to crisp fall air, and the apartment was cozy and comfortable throughout. Lucia was incredibly attentive to my remote work needs, providing lightning-fast WiFi and a comfortable office setup. The apartment matches the listing perfectly: elegantly decorated, a well-equipped kitchen (ideal for cooking healthy meals), and plenty of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Though we didn’t use the outdoor BBQ, we enjoyed the terrace with its stunning views—a peaceful spot to unwind. Lucia’s responsiveness and care for details truly enhanced our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed accommodation!

Marco e Chiara sono padroni di casa ineccepibili. Simpatici, sempre pronti nelle risposte, disponibili e pieni di ottime indicazioni e consigli sui dintorni (ristoranti, escursioni, shopping di prodotti tipici…) . Casa Azul è una casa davvero bella e particolare. Non solo concepita per alloggiarci ma per essere vissuta proprio come casa tua. Completa di tutto ed in una posizione ideale per raggiungere tutte le classiche mete umbre. Vi abbiamo alloggiato molto comodamente in 6 oltre ad una cagnolina, nei confronti della quale i proprietari di casa sono stati molto accoglienti. Se tornerò in zona cercherò di ripetere l’esperienza di Casa Azul!

Alloggio molto curato, silenzioso e pulito, letto comodissimo. Si accede con un'ascensore fino al secondo piano e poi si trova una elegante scalinata che porta dell'appartamento al terzo piano. Facile il self check in. Facile gestire la temperatura degli ambienti. Ottima posizione in centro non troppo lontana dal parcheggio pubblico per le auto. Oltre alle due belle camere ciascuna con il proprio bagno ed il salottino, c'è una chicca il soppalco che crea un ulteriore spazio per trovare una angolo per leggere o riposare. Abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo soggiorno.

We had a great stay at Robert and Joanna's guest house. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. They even provided some treats from their own garden. The accommodation is exactly as advertised and the view is possibly even better. We enjoyed the serenity and the beautiful scenery. Perfect to discover Monti Sibillini and go for a hike. You will also find several cosy villages nearby, like Penna San Giovanni and Sarnano. We would definitely come again!

Un beau séjour en famille, appartement très sympathique avec deux terrasses qui assurent l’ombre en tout moment du jour, cuisine entièrement équipée, café, condiments et même un cadeau de bienvenue dans les placards. Pareils soins pour le bien-être du voyageur dans la salle de bain dotée avec force savon, shampoo, serviettes, tout impeccablement neuf et brillant de propreté. Le Barbecue neuf, mis à disposition dans la cour arrière, invite a prendre les repas a l’ombre des oliviers tandis que sur la terrasse devant l’on peut s’asseoir pour prendre le café en guettant le passage d’un train dans la gare tout près. Et pourquoi pas? On peut prendre un bain a la lumière des étoiles, la plage commune est a quelques pas, on s’y sent libre et joyeux comme au temps de l’enfance.

Die Wohnung von Caterina ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Vor Ort gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und eine Bar. In wenigen Minuten kommt man mit dem Auto in die netten Küstenstädtchen Sirolo und Numana. Nicht sehr weit und sehr lohnenswert sind auch Ausflüge nach Ancona oder Loreto.

L'appartement est très bien situé et très agréable. En dehors de la cohue. La taille est parfaite pour y passer un séjour agréable de plusieurs jours. Tout est neuf et bien propre. Et Gian Marco très disponible. J'ai également apprécié les instructions claires en ce qui concerne le fonctionnement de l'appartement. Un grand merci.

La signora Stefania è molto disponibile, ci ha consigliato molti posti belli da visitare. Appartamento molto carino, con tutto il necessario. Ci siamo sentiti a casa.

Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment in a quiet residential area with a nice garden and outside seating. Approx. 15 minute walk into town centre, train station approx 25 minutes walk. The apartment was easy to access via lockbox and hosts were friendly and communicative. Good base for exploring the area and Foligno itself.

Great place, friendly neighbours; very dog friendly, easy parking in the private garage. We would definitely recommend this place. We will hopefully visit again. Thank you.

innanzitutto, a livello comunicativo possiamo dire che lui è il miglior host 2) ci ha portato dalla stazione del treno fino all'appartamento ( il che non è poco ) 3) all' appartamento è successo un inconveniente imprevisto però lui è intervenuto subito e ha risolto tutto. 4) l'alloggio è mega comodo, vista mare, fornito di tutto il necessario magari se tutti gli host fossero come lui grazie per davvero, siamo stati fortunati ad aver effettuato la nostra esperienza lì. :)

Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt in Paolas Wohnung. Die Lage ist überragend - man braucht gerade mal 5 Minuten an den Strand. Die Wohnung selbst ist genau wie auf den Bildern. Man hat alles was man braucht und die Kommunikation mit Paola ist super. Da die Durchgangsstraße nahe der Wohnung liegt, ist es auf der Terrasse etwas laut manchmal. Aber das hat uns nicht gestört, da abends wenig Verkehr ist und man so nah am Strand ist, dass man sich die meiste Zeit dort aufhält. Für unseren Hund war die Wohnung auch ganz toll, da beide Gärten eingezäunt sind. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!
