What a gem! My husband and I, our 22 year old, and our 14 year old stayed in this fantastic place for a few nights. It was such a wonderful and whimsical place to stay. The balconies, the lights in the trees, the tortoises, and the sweet pups were just a few of the lovely features besides the great hosts and walkable location. Thanks for a magical weekend!

This was a great stay for a quick weekend trip! We were pleasantly surprised with how close it was to downtown St. Augustine. We also felt the place was very clean. Host was super responsive and gave great recommendations/ information!

This place was very quiet and clean. We were able to walk to downtown area and restaurants. Also, very close to the beach.

My son and I really enjoyed Huyen's rental. It was very clean-always a bonus!-and furniture was comfortable and seemed to be very new. The kitchen was well stocked and had every kitchen tool imaginable! I loved the charming neighborhood. I told friends that I think it had better shopping than the town center historical district. It was an easy walk to the Castillo and then to Mojo's Bar-B-Que for a delicious lunch. The house has several rental units that were also rented, but we didn't hear any noise at all. I would rent from her again!

Absolutely beautiful stay, super close to beach access, short drive to the historic district of St. Augustine. A thoughtful and well stocked home, great for folks that are looking to cook + have meals with their families. Dalerie’s a clear communicator and responsive host. We hope to be back one day!

The house is really nice. Spacious, modern, high-spec amenities and very comfortable. The main living area is huge and really good to cook, eat and relax. We only had four of us staying but more would be easy. The beach is really nice and you definitely don't need a car. Just a couple of minutes walk from the house (if that!). Beaches are great sand and very friendly and the back yard of the house is great with swing chairs, fire pit, hot tub etc. Seth is very responsive and helpful and we would recommend a stay to anyone.

We had a great time! Dani was very organized and responded quickly to any of our questions. The beach is close and is an easy walk. The heated pool was a big hit with our grandchildren. Highly recommend !

We had a blast staying at Kai’s place! I came down from TN with 2 friends and my 8 month old son. We were looking for baby friendly accommodations near the beach and Kai’s place certainly fit the bill. Everything in the pictures/listing and more! I was delighted to find not only the pack n play, but also pool floats, a play mat, and the shallow end of the pool was shallow enough for my baby to stand up in! It was a first trip with the baby and it went so great. We had some trouble with the bathtub but Kai acted promptly to get it resolved. She was responsive and answered any questions we had within minutes. Highly recommend this place, especially if you’re traveling with a baby!

Cute apartment in a perfect walkable location. We were able to leave the car for our whole visit and get everywhere we wanted to go easily on foot. The little alley the house is on is adorable but very tight- our 4Runner fit fine in the parking space but was probably the maximum size vehicle that would fit. We would happily stay again!

Our stay at John and Whitney’s was fabulous. The home, decor and details were perfect. They thought of everything and were so accommodating leading up to the stay. Would definitely book again.

We stayed at Ricardo’s for a month. The place was wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet. We saw plenty of wildlife even though we were in a neighborhood. Ricardo was always responsive. It is located close to st. Augustine and Daytona beach. We spent some time at Flagler beach which is really close. We will stay here again!

2nd time staying here and it was once again perfect. Besides location location location it was spotless and felt like home. Plenty of room for family of 4 and more. We will be back. Thank you

Great place for a family vacation: 2 great pools and a terrific beach. Pros: - pools were terrific and very safe with gates - condo was comfortable and had every thing we needed - sunroom was fine to turn into a 4th bedroom (futon was comfortable) but that area was hotter and seemed to lack AC - beach was terrific ; great for playing in the waves, clean, large, not crowded - easy short drive to good restaurants , eg beachcomber - condo supplied with beach towels, lawn chairs, beach toys, body boards (these were all in laundry room) - great patio - quiet — no noise from neighbors - beds comfortable if a little soft - around pool was a moat (safely fenced off) with turtles and koi fish which were a hit - nicely maintained condo grounds

A beautiful, well maintained condo with all the amenities you would need for a beach getaway. I loved having my morning coffee on the deck looking at the Atlantic Ocean. So close to many great restaurants and the Winn Dixie grocery store was just a few minute away. Would definitely like to stay at Isabel’s condo again.
