A great place to stay. The location was wonderful. The unit was very clean and comfortable.

We had a wonderful time visiting our son and his girlfriend and it was a very good location and place to have our dog. The only issues we had were troubles getting the rear door to the patio open and our dog getting out of the yard because of the gap between the side and back fence. We left the back door slightly open for convenience, but forgot to close it once our 8 month old cavapoo got out and through the gap of the fence while we were out at breakfast. Our hearts dropped when we returned to find him standing in the driveway. We got lucky. Other than that and the bike tires needing air we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Vacasa’s place. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Vacasa highly enough. We will definitely be back!

Our 3rd stay here! My family of 6 (2 adults, 2 preteens, & 2 toddlers) loves it. It’s a 10 min walk down to the beach. Windswept Park (playground) is a 5 min walk away. It’s a brief drive to all the fun attractions downtown, but a nice, quiet, and peaceful place to wind down at the end of a busy day. The neighborhood is quiet, and everyone we encountered was nice and polite. There is a DG around the corner and WinnDixie just up the road. Restaurants galore. You can eat out, order in, or cook at home with their cookware. The screened-in lanai was nice for parents to sit and chill while the kids played in the private backyard. The host/homeowner was easy to reach and quick to respond. Check in/out was a breeze. Once again, we didn’t want to leave!

This was a perfect place for our family of nine. The bunk beds made all the difference when little ones can't wait to try it out. It also was much better for them than sharing a queen size bed. We had a little hiccup on the first day and it was immediately attended to. I would rate its customer service A+++. An added bonus was the dolphins we saw out on the waters. The kitchen had all the utensils and pots and pans one would want. Everyone loved the home away from home atmosphere and of course the wonderful pool.

This was a very affordable and cozy place. Just like the description. We have been to many Airbnb’s and this one was just as good as any. It was very walkable to the historic district of St. Augustine but definitely more of driving distance to any beaches. We mostly went to Vilano Beach because it was close and extremely nice. We would definitely stay here again for the location and price!

Our stay consisted of friends and family. It was a very easy and smooth check in. We really enjoyed having coffee outside and seeing dolphins right by our dock! Would highly recommend.

Very beautiful house, spacious and the best location, a 2 minute walk to the beach. Coffee/ tea and creamers were waiting for us which was a nice touch. Alina responded immediately to our questions. We highly recommend this house for a fun, restful getaway.

This house was beautiful and clean. It was a great location on a peaceful street and right across from the beach. The beach is a quick, easy walk or you can drive and use public parking. Also, one of my faves, if you have 4x4, you can pay to drive and park on the beach - which I thought was amazing and great to pack all the beach toys and a picnic lunch. I will definitely come back to this area and stay here at this house!

This Airbnb was perfect. It was right next to the beach. All of the amenities were very useful; beach chairs were even provided. The apartment was very spacious yet comfortable. I would stay here again.

I rented both A& B unit for me & family it had plenty of room & close to beach & restaurants & shopping yard was nice & easy to find

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. It’s very spacious and the beds were comfortable. We utilized the heated pool, hot tub and the beach several times. Matthew responded quickly to any questions we had. A perfect vacation. Thank you!!

From the beginning, Matthew and his team was responsive and answered all my questions. Even when I was a pain. There was a slight hiccup with our reservation site and Matthew and his team was very proactive and worked on the situation. Matthew was able to accommodate us and we had a very enjoyable stay! The beach was less than a 5 minute walk. The pools were nice. The accommodations were excellent. This location was 20 minutes from the historical St. Augustine which was fine with us. We would definitely stay with this company again.

Definitely a case of even better than what I thought it would be. Absolutely idyllic setting with an ocean view and quiet space from the back to the ocean. The condo was so comfortable. We had five adults and cooked most of our meals there. The patio was an oasis, the pool just a few steps away and the private beach so close. And beautiful. We tried to book more time while we were there but most dates have been booked up. We want to return as soon as possible!!!

Great condo at a nice price. Cozy balcony to just sit and enjoy the shore view which had easy access. Comfortable to rest in and easy access to outside needs and amenities. Responsive management team. Would stay again.

Never knew palm coast existed . What an amazing place . Driving in you feel as if you are at a private resort . The condo was perfect . Everything was exactly the way it was described . Immaculate . Glenn and Kelly were asking us if we needed anything from the start. I will be returning as soon as I can .. Sun fun and relaxation is exactly what we got on this trip ..

This place is Great! Right on the beach, short walk across the bridge to the sand. Great view of the ocean from inside. Nice patio. Was clean and beds were so comfy. We had an issue with the ice maker and they sent a repair man right away. Pool was so nice and not crowded. Is about a 15 min drive to downtown but the peacefulness we had at this location was worth it. Beach was not crowded either. Everyone was very friendly. We will be back.

Our family had a great trip to St. Augustine! The gated property was perfect with all the needed amenities. Of course, the pool and easy beach access were the best! The morning view from the patio balcony with coffee each morning was perfection!
