This is our third time staying at Tine’s cottage over the past nearly ten years. It feels like a home away from home. We love Tine and she treats everyone like family. In case you don’t know already, this cottage sits on a quiet street, with its own private parking, entrance, and privacy. It is a very short walk into the backside of Zaanse Schans by the Windmills. You can borrow one of Tine’s many bicycles or simply walk the flat peaceful lanes into the open air park and experience clogs making, cheesemaking, stroopwafels, historic homes and neighborhoods well preserved, shops and gifts, a museum, and the most beautiful intact and functioning windmills you’ll find anywhere in the area - plus much more. It’s only 7-8 minutes to the Zaanse Schans train station and a straight shot in 15 minutes on the train to Centraal Station. Also very easy to get to Keukenhof via train, car, bus, etc. Grocery stores and restaurants close by. Our favorite spot out of all we’ve stayed at in Holland!

Bart and Carole were incredible hosts! Very kind, responsive, and provided wonderful recommendations for local spots to check out. My husband is from the Netherlands and said the location is as good as it gets! The home is pretty and secluded. It is within a very short walking distance to town with restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. It also backs right up to beautiful woods!!! The house is the perfect size and was very clean. Absolutely loved the kitchen. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Don’t hesitate to book!

Saubere, gut ausgestattete Wohnung in toller und ruhiger Lage. Die Betten waren bequem. Es gibt zwei Spielplätze in direkter Nähe.

This is a beautiful house and it had everything we needed for a short stay. The house was so clean, and had a lovely garden area to relax in. The house is located in a great area, and there was transport close by which made it easy to get to. Johanna is a great host and was very responsive to messages. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come here again! Thanks :)

We had the most wonderful stay in this charming cabin nestled on the property of a windmill in Alkmaar. From the moment we arrived, our hosts Kelly and Han made us feel completely at home. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect—so kind, welcoming, and full of great local tips. The cabin itself is a dream—coziness taken to the next level. Every detail was thoughtfully put together, and it was the perfect place to unwind to relax. Waking up next to a windmill felt like something out of a fairytale. Alkmaar itself is a beautiful village full of history, with adorable shops and restaurants to explore. The charming canals add to the magical atmosphere, and it’s easy to hop on a train to Amsterdam for a day trip. We’re already dreaming of our return and feel so lucky to have made such lovely new friends in Kelly and Han. Highly recommend this magical spot to anyone visiting The Netherlands!

Wir haben einen schönen Familien Urlaub in Wyik aan Zee gehabt. Schöner Strand zum spazieren gehen. Ein Ausflug nach Haarlem und Amsterdam standen auch auf dem Programm. Sehr zu empfehlen. Alles in allem wir kommen gerne wieder.

Hello, Really enjoyed staying in this beautiful apartment with amazing view!! Wir haben den Aufenthalt zu 100% genossen! Serge ist der perfekte Gastgeber, zuvorkommen, immer da aber trotzdem zurückhaltend, höflich, freundlich, hilfsbereit - uns wurde einfach jeder Wunsch erfüllt und es hat an nichts in dieser luxuriösen, absolut durchdachten Unterkunft gefehlt. Hochwertige Geräte in der top ausgestatteten Küche (Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Essig, Backpapier, Alu-& Frischhaltefolie usw.), gemütliches Sofa&Bett, schönes Bad, es war schön warm (im doch kühlen April). Unsere Wäsche konnten wir waschen und auch im Trockner trocknen lassen. Vor den Fenstern waren Fliegengitter, im Schlafzimmer gute Verdunklungsvorhänge und für tagsüber schönen Sichtschutz. Parken kann man direkt vor der Unterkunft auf einem großen Parkplatz, das Auto hat man von Wohnzimmer&Küche immer im Blick. Wir werden wiederkommen! Ravie de mon sejour chez Yasmine. Bien que court et mouvementé. Elles ont su avec Sabah le rendre doux. Nous avons été trés touchés par toutes leurs attentions et leur bienveillance envers nos enfants et nous meme. Le logement est top et est propice a la detente. A proximité de tres beaux sites, facile d'accés. Yasmine nous a été de tres bons conseils dans le deroulement de celui ci. Je recommande a 10000% cette hote. Nous reviendrons dans dautres circonstances.

Excellent séjour passé a Wassenaar, Hans a été un hôte exemplaire, très accueillant et réactif, mettant même une bicyclette a disposition pour faciliter les déplacements ! L'endroit est très paisible et idéal pour se ressourcer.

Lovely clean, comfortable, spacious accommodation within easy reach of bus stop and supermarket and cash machine (15 min). Mark responded very quickly and in a friendly manner to any queries.

Ich war mit meinem Partner ein verlängertes Wochenende da und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Jet ist supersüss und hat uns jeden Abend freundlich begrüsst, wenn wir zurückgekommen sind. Nach Amsterdam hat man ca. 40min mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Auch am Strand ist man sehr schnell mit dem Auto. Ich kann mir gut vorstellen wiederzukommen.

Flat and Garden: The lodging features a small secluded recently renovated patio area with outdoor seating. It was very helpful to be used as an area to ventilate and dry clothes and store the cooler. Between 10 am and 1pm it also serves as as spot to catch some direct sunlight. (in April) The flat is very quiet, we heard next to no noises with the windows closed, no car traffic at all. The two bedrooms are similar in size and each feature a double-bed. One room has no windows, it still is one of the quietest and darkest bedrooms of my AirBnB booking history. The flat has a kitchen with modern appliances, pots and pans, a dining table for 4, a large comfy couch and lots of storage space. With all the amenities in place it is definetly a place that allows for longer stays. In direct comparison with another place we used in Wijk aan Zee Tom and Mashas flat stood out for it´s central location, stylish appearance and minimal walking distance to the beach.

Great place, very close to the city, museums etc yet very private and in deep nature . We really enjoyed our time and would recommend the place for everyone seeking privacy, calmness, nature and a bit of adventure.

Ein toller Ort zum abschalten. Nicht weit weg von Amsterdam, keukenhof, Strand. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett. Man fühlt sich wohl dort.

ein super Wochenende gehabt

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour chez Marjolein et Anton. Le logement est très mignon et bien équipé. Nous avons profité de la belle terrasse privée (ombragée par une grande glycine). les hôtes sont très gentils et accueillants ! Le joli village de Warmond est à proximité des champs de tulipes et des villes tel que Amsterdam et La Haye. Nous recommandons ! :)

We waren een paar dagen in het geweldige huisje van Rose voor ons eerste huwelijksjubileum. Rose had heel attent voor ons een roos en een kaartje neergezet, wat meteen zorgde voor een fijn ontvangst! We hebben heerlijke dagen gehad bij de open haard, genoten van de omgeving met onze hondjes en de zonsopkomst vanaf de dijk is fantastisch!

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in dem wunderschönen Waldhaus von Mirte und Paul. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt und die Zeit in der Natur sehr genossen. Das Haus ist super gut ausgestattet und extrem sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We hebben een prima verblijf gehad bij Nico en Danielle. Het zijn heel aardige verhuurders die snel reageren op alle vragen. Zelfs een smart tv werd op ons verzoek geregeld. Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien en erg sfeervol ingericht. Prima badkamer en bed. Het huisje ligt in hun achtertuin, maar dat merk je nauwelijks omdat het helemaal afgesloten ligt van het hoofdhuis. De omgeving is met Hoorn en Enkhuizen de moeite waard. Kortom: een fijne week gehad!

Pour les amoureux de la nature, la maison est idéalement située au milieux des canaux. Tout est beau et paisible. Jolie maison, propre et bien équipée. Une adresse à retenir et à conseiller.
