Had a family gathering! It was very welcoming and fun! Communicates well when things are brought upon. Very kind and friendly! Will definitely stay here again!!!

Everything was wonderful and clean and the host had extra snacks and amenities beyond what we expected. The house was cozy and very nice. Would definitely recommend this house and would stay here again if we travel to Idaho Falls in the future.

Home was exactly as listed online. Very cute and homey filling. Perfect for a small number of people. Loved all the amenities!

We enjoyed our stay. We wanted a quick weekend getaway and this was the perfect spot. Plenty of space for the kids and dog to run around and the house was comfortable.

Comfortable stay at the casita. I would definitely book this space again. House was clean and spacious for a couple or a small family. I liked the work space in the living room, good for someone working remotely. Good kitchen if you want to cook your own meals - or - plenty of dining options nearby in the city. This apartment was perfect! The beds were large and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Everything was clean and well labeled! We loved being so close to downtown and restaurants, and the parking space as an added bonus. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

I contacted Dawn right away to be sure my elderly mom wouldn’t have any issues with stairs or access. Dawn reassured me that the entire area was ADA compliant. And it was just that! It was great to be able to take mom somewhere she was comfortable and had ease getting around in. Loved the quiet of the neighborhood! We felt very safe and secure in it. Access to the city was easy even with the road construction going on in many places. Thank you for a lovely stay. We will visit again.

Tessa was so kind and accommodating- we asked for a couple of kitchen items early in the morning and within 10 minutes she was at our door with everything we asked for! Her little girls were also so sweet and friendly towards our one year-old. They have a beautiful home and we were very happy to have stayed there. They also have a great park right across the street that our little girl loved!we would recommend to anybody to stay here and felt it was a great clean and beautiful spot for the value!

Staying here was pretty great. The place was clean and just what we needed. The hosts were responsive when I had questions. The only drawback was I was awakened by the guests in the unit upstairs at 4:00 in the morning because they were talking. So maybe using the fans that are in the closets as white noise would be helpful if you are a light sleeper. Other than that, it was perfect.

We needed a place to stay for a month, and on short notice, and Ben went the extra mile to deep clean his basement apartment for us to live in, even though we had originally booked to live in his backyard trailer. For that I will forever be grateful. The place was as-described in the listing, and was clean and warm. It’s a converted basement, but there’s central heating that controls a gas fireplace, so we were comfortable. All the furnishings and decorations were Coca-Cola or camp/wildlife themed, which I thought was kinda funny and cute. The location is convenient, it’s just one block from Sunnyside Road, and takes 15 minutes to drive to downtown Idaho Falls. Ben always announced ahead of time by call or text when he was going to come fix something, and otherwise he didn’t bother us. Actually we bothered him a few times, and he was pretty gracious about it.

The spot was perfect for walking around downtown! And the layout was perfect having three people. Especially enjoyed the game room and extra cozy big couch! Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay. Host was easy to work with. Place was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Good location close to downtown but in a residential neighborhood. Access to garage, which was nice.

This accommodation was easy to find, easy to access. We had plenty of space and a nice layout of the apartment. No noise from neighbors at all. Everything was clean and organized. I will stay again next time I’m in Rexburg.

Staying at Christy's place was fine. It is small and the kitchen could have been better equipped but it was inexpensive and comfortable. Loved the view.

This place is just what we needed. In Idaho Falls for business and an assembly. Centrally located, quiet and comfortable. The kitchen has everything for cooking and eating “at home”… which came in handy when one of our party stayed home with a cold.
