Kelly and Bob have a great place that is very close to Route A1A in Ponte Vedra Beach, retail stores, restaurants, and the beach. We had the added bonus of being within a mile of family. The condo was very spacious and well-appointed. Everything was as we imagined it, and more. We hope to have the opportunity for a return stay in the not-too-distant future. Mark

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The view and beach access was unmatched -- so gorgeous! The Condo was clean, roomy, and had All the amenities! We could have just brought our bathing suits and EVERYTHING else we needed was waiting for us when we arrived! 10 out of 10 would stay again!

I highly suggest this cute condo! My family and I came into the area with another Airbnb booked, when it was cancelled at the last minute we scrambled and found Kathleen who was amazingly responsive and got us locked into this condo right away! She literally saved the day! When we got to the condo it easily accommodated my family of 5 and was perfect for the 3 days we spent doing touristy things. The most exciting part of this trip was the walking distance to the beach. Since it is winter we didn't need all the extra gear and just took ourselves and towels that were provided for our days on the beach! It was also a life saver that there was coffee provided. I will say though if you get the opportunity to get 7brew that is right down the street, do it. Sliders chicken sandwich was perfect and then we had salt life the final night which was a perfect way to end the trip. The only con which isn't really because it forced us to be a family, the internet did not work and we had no service.

Perfect place for my boyfriend and I to spend our anniversary! So close to the beach and from downtown! Erin was so amazing with reccs and great reply time! Definitely booking again!!

Cheryl was a very kind, responsive host. She was flexible with our check in and check out. Her home is beautiful and well appointed…lots of towels, beach supplies, kitchen supplies, etc. If you are visiting for a wedding at The Amelia Island Club, this condo is the perfect spot, as it’s a less than a 2 min drive. We would definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay at Captain C1 condo. the view of the ocean was beautiful even though this was on the first floor. We enjoyed all the wild life that surrounded this place. We would definitely recommend this place.

This was the perfect spot with easy beach access. The strip of beach on this side was so quiet too. The condo was spotless and well appointed. Beds super cozy. We were in town for a wedding, which was a whirlwind, but will definitely be back and would love to rent with you again and hopefully have a bit more time to relax. Deb also went above and beyond with communication. Thank you so much!

The folks at First Coast did an excellent job in setting up last minute accommodations for us. The unit we rented was perfect. It was clean and well stocked. Communication was easy, although there was really nothing we needed that wasn’t already there. Would definitely rent from First Coast again.

Nos hemos escapado del huracán Milton de Orlando , Marilyn respondió rápidamente y sabíamos que ese lugar era seguro . La casa acogedora, impecable, mejor de lo que hemos esperado, necesitábamos sentirnos en casa y así fue. Está en el famoso World Golf, la decoración estaba alrededor del golf que fue un valor agregado para nosotros que somos amantes de golf! Vecindario de lujo , cerca a un Publix, Costco y un famoso Buc-ee’s ! Fue un regalo el alojamiento!

this place was perfect for our group of four! walkable to everything and right on the beach. The space was clean and private and exactly what the pictures showed. We couldn't have been happier. Staley was also super nice and responsive and had great recommendations for places to eat in her welcome book. We definitely will stay here again!

Perfectly decorated . Clutter free. Bed and furnishings were comfortable. Air was ice cold. We seen a deer and 2 fawns while sitting on the balcony at dusk.

Recently renovated, beautiful space. Host was extremely responsive. A short walk to the beach was perfect. The bed is a Tempur-pedic queen. We would stay there again!

We felt right at home with a clean comfortable bed, comfortable sofa, fully equipped kitchen, and even a beach bag with towels provided. The location was very quiet and felt safe. We loved having access to the pools too! We would be happy to stay here again in the future.

This is a beautiful condo with an amazing view. It had such easy access with a parking space right next to the elevator. The Condo had everything we needed and was a very relaxing escape for my husband and me. We would stay here again.

This is hands down one of the best Air BNBs I have ever rented. Jacksonville Beach is actually my home town (I don’t live there anymore) so I knew my way around. But Rob & Nancy constantly made themselves available just in case we needed ANYTHING!!! The apartment was pristine and just so relaxing. We loved every minute and will definitely stay here again.
