The place was great! Super clean, on the beach and close to everything. Spent 3 weeks there and never had a problem! Can’t wait to go back again!

Great condo in an excellent location. Right on the beach with a large deck facing the sunrise. Our daughter got engaged on the beach outside our place and we watched from the deck.

Fantastic location right in the heart of Fernandina Beach (water side). House was exactly as depicted and the owners were responsive and exceptionally accommodating. Was very pleased. Would absolutely rent again! Thanks!!

The check-in and locating the place were great. It is steps away from the beach. the place from the outside looked dated but once you stepped inside, they took a lot of care to update everything. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook. Having a washer, dryer in unit was a great and they provided detergent. We had a bottom unit and it could be a bit noisy with the upstairs tenants walking around, but nothing that was of concern. Parking was great. We only had a problem on the weekend when there was a lot of beach goers and all the provided unit parking was full. However, we were able to find a spot just up the block. AC worked great and they were very responsive with some minimal questions that we had!

Tim and Melody were fabulous hosts. They were responsive and accommodating from our first communication to checkout. The house is in a great location with lots of amenities for a beach vacation. Grocery store is walkable and it is close to restaurants and activities. Will certainly consider for our future vacation. Thank you Tim and Melody!

This is hands down one of the best Air BNBs I have ever rented. Jacksonville Beach is actually my home town (I don’t live there anymore) so I knew my way around. But Rob & Nancy constantly made themselves available just in case we needed ANYTHING!!! The apartment was pristine and just so relaxing. We loved every minute and will definitely stay here again. Unit was clean, kitchen and bathrooms were updated and clean, beds/linens very nice. Location very convenient to the pool and tennis court.

Perfect place for my boyfriend and I to spend our anniversary! So close to the beach and from downtown! Erin was so amazing with reccs and great reply time! Definitely booking again!!

Galina (the owner) was fantastic. the property is being improved and renovated and was really comfortable and right across the street from the beach. A management company sets the rules/contract so there are some restrictions but they allowed our dog which was great. Galina was on property when we were there and our interactions were delightful. Amelia Island and the surrounding area are well worth a visit and Galina's units are well worth a stay!

We cannot say enough good things about Laura's place! Everything was perfect! She thought of everything to make you feel at home! Our family enjoyed the quiet area and easy walk to the beach! Laura's place was very comfortable and clean! There is not one thing I would change about this place and we hope to visit again and we will definitely book here ! We really enjoyed our stay at Captain C1 condo. the view of the ocean was beautiful even though this was on the first floor. We enjoyed all the wild life that surrounded this place. We would definitely recommend this place.

Overall, good location and nice indoor environment. This place is at a great location basically right on the beach, easy to walk straight there. Not too much city traffic noise to pollute the ocean ambiance but still close enough to restaurants, stores, hospital, etc. The inside of the place is homey and big enough for several guests if they’re willing to share beds. Lots of kitchen appliances are provided for staying in your make meals. Great for a quick beach vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at Jan’s place! Super relaxing. Everything was easily accessible. Great food. Everyone in the island was so friendly! Everything we could have possibly needed was available at the condo. Master bed was very comfy. Really appreciated the kitchen appliances and access to beach chairs. The state parks offer biking, hiking, kayaking and my husband got to practice his surfing skills right in front of the condo. Pool was always perfect too. Jan was friendly, helpful, and easy to reach. Probably our favorite Florida beach vacation in 14 years.

Our stay was wonderful! The condo was clean and spacious with comfortable beds and furniture. The living room and both bedrooms have an unobstructed view of the ocean which was delightful. The beach is a short treck away, with the area close to where the lifeguard is situated which was a nice comfort. I loved that I could rent chairs and umbrellas from a beach service, but there were also breach chairs available to use at the condo. It's just down the street from the Ritz, so the area is very quiet. Carol had a fast response to my questions and recommended some great restaurants that we tried. 100% we will come back to this condo the next time we return to this area. Thank you Carol, everything was excellent ♥️

Beautiful Place with a stunning view! Perfect for our family spring break vacation. I was amazed at how uncrowded the area was during spring break. A quiet getaway! The management company was very responsive to any issues. Loved our week at Shipwatch!

We absolutely loved our stay in this unit! It was so easy to access being on the first floor. The unit was beautifully appointed and clean! The kitchen was extremely well stocked. We lacked for nothing. We would love ro stay in this unit again next year.

We've rented units in this building previously, but this was our favorite unit by far. This is a well-appointed condo with gorgeous views and owners who clearly strive to take care of their guests. The unit has comfy beds, pillows and linens, a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of bath and beach towels, and an array of bath toiletries. And, it's always great to rent a condo with a full-sized washer and dryer, kicking a/c and hot, well-pressurized showers. We liked the property so much that we extended our stay. Lastly, communications with Brooke couldn't have better. Very proactive and helpful. Terrific stay and we will definitely rent again. Thanks so much for a great trip.

Our stay at this beachfront condo was nothing short of perfect! The ocean views are stunning, and the location next to the Ritz-Carlton is unbeatable. The condo is beautifully decorated, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying our mornings on the balcony. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful, providing everything from beach gear to local tips. We can't wait to return to this little slice of paradise!
