The staycation felt extremely cosy and welcoming! Peaceful environment, clean spacious rooms, great hospitality of staff and beautifully maintained space. Loved the artefacts that enhance the beauty of the place even more. The provision of hammocks, swimming pool and walks along the greenery made my day. Me and my group enjoyed the place. Also the hosts were proactive in helping us with suggestions for places to visit and make our journey even more enjoyable. Food arrangement was delicious and reflected the beauty of maharashtrian cuisine that we were looking for!! Thank you Revathi Vilas's team for making our stay a memorable one!!

we booked the cottage but then decided to go for the main villa. Ms Nandita was kind enough to consider our request at short notice. The place itself is a rustic beauty. The charm of being isolated and the feel of having a house and then garden and then the beach was fully lived at this property. The view from balcony or having your meal sitting by the pool area was soulful. The place is isolated but then that's the charm of this place. Being in the midst of nature and yet a luxurious stay to live at. It's not just the villa but the experience that comes along as you don't feel the need to step out. The beach itself is clean beautiful and amongst the lesser known marvels. Special mention for caretaker Ram and his family who make you feel at home and are so courteous. Visit this place for the unique experience one might get. It's far from the market or the noise of city and that's what makes this place special. Already planning for next visit soon. 2 nights stay wasn't enough.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful flat in Ratnagiri. The apartment is spotless, well-maintained and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was the stunning view of Bhayte Beach right from the flat, it truly set the tone for our trip. We explored several nearby beaches but it was always a joy to return to such a peaceful and well-designed space. Everyone in our family loved the stay and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Ratnagiri.

Super Host, Always ready to help. Goes an extra mile to support customers. I strongly recommend this place for a Home like experience. Does not have a fancy setup but gives you a home like feeling. Big groups can easily enjoy the terrace for fun and games. Liked it thoroughly.

I had an incredible stay at Shekhar Villa. This peaceful beautiful property is a step away from a clean tranquil beach. We enjoyed a walk by the ocean, met friendly local fishermen, and watched the sunset from the Gajabadevi temple. We thoroughly enjoyed authentic fish thali and Malvani veg thali prepared by Ms Deepali. The host Ms Vanita Ma'am was in constant touch ensuring everything was perfect. Just make sure to carry some snacks with you since there are no eateries close by. However, The house was maintained properly including clean bathrooms. Thought it was a spontaneous trip turned into a memorable experience :)

This is a great place to relax and have a nice quite vacation. We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. The host is very welcoming and helpful. The property is very well maintained and in a very peaceful location. Shailesh kaka, the owner is an amazing host. Always available for you and will provide you solutions for everything. He arranged for an escort (Shinde kaka) to come with us to the fish market at the jetty to help us select fish. Shinde kaka then prepared the fish for us also. It was absolutely delicious. Shailesh kaka also guided us with tips of what to see around Ratnagiri. In all we had a great stay. Pros: - peaceful and clean property - all amenities in working conditions - amazing hosts Cons: - Property is a bit far from Ratnagiri and Ganpatipule - food can be improved

it's an apartment with reserved parking. Spacious too. Looked just like the photos. Mattress and sofas were also good and clean. View from the flat is nice. Considering the options available nearby, I would say it's a great choice. Location is nearby Mandvi beach. Abhishek is also a great host. we reached late around 10 and still had no problem in checking in. Had dinner too at Abhishek's restaurant. Loved his food too, both veg and non veg. Abhishek sent a care taker too for cleaning. Gave good recommendations too regarding places to visit. Helped us in some of other things too that we needed. Overall loved the stay, would definitely consider again.
