Altosana is a place of rest and ease, to connect with nature and the people you go with. The house is a typical country house, with charm yet spotless clean. The bathrooms and bedrooms are as pristine as a hotel’s. The game room has all kinds of board games. The lower level is spacious enough for a get together. It has a BBQ and a bonfire. The natural landscape is stunning. Despite being on a very rural area I consider it very easy to access. Will be back! Keep supporting our local hosts for an authentic stay at the heart of the island

Excelente trato!! Amé el lugar,tanto como Nelsi y su hijo fueron muy muy amables y siempre al pendiente.Tambien quiero mencionar q mi estadía coincidió con el apagón q hubo en todo PR y ellos estaban preocupados so q no perdí mi viaje y me sentí en mi hogar.Aunque no niego q cuando hiba de camino por un momento pensé en regresar a mi hogar por el temor de q no hubiera luz,pero no dejé q eso me quitara mi paz y procedí,y en efecto no tuve problemas y la pasé de maravilla y mas q fue lo q me encantó fue poder conectar con las aves con su espectacular cantar!!Volveria y más a tomar cafecito en el balcón y sentarme a escuchar los cantar de las aves!!Bendiciones nelsi para usted y su familia

Great hosts; friendly; excellent taste in decor. Suggestion: when giving directions, say something like "100 meters or so east/south from the store, on the right hand side"; I had to drive back and forth on the highway to be sure I had the correct place!

This home was what we expected and more. I’ll definitely stay there again. The attention to details was superb.

I want to express my gratitude to Huberto for being a welcoming and attentive host. The apartment pictures were accurate. The atmosphere is warm and the area is impeccably clean. Ideal for two people. The location is convenient, but requires driving to reach places. If you have mobility difficulties, be aware that there are many stairs to climb, which may not be an appropriate location for you. I will definitely recommend it and will definitely come back.

The place was very easy to find. It was clean, comfortable and certainly felt like home. Only thing I can say is I wished we stayed longer to enjoy all the amenities. Very peaceful. Would definitely come back if in the area. Appreciate the beach towels, and the coffee.

The views were breathtaking and so peaceful to relax at night in the hammocks listening to nature! The pool was a great for our family of 4. Maritza and Manuel were very responsive when we needed them. This was the perfect getaway!
