Augustine ist wirklich eine außergewöhnliche Gastgeberin. Man fühlt sich gleich wohl und willkommen. Darüberhinaus hat uns Augustine sogar noch mit einem selbstgebackenen Kuchen, Hörnchen, Süßem und einem eingekühlten Prosecco überrascht. Sie kümmert sich rührend um ihre Gäste, ist sehr kommunikativ, jederzeit erreichbar, einfach eine sehr sympathische Gastgeberin. Die Unterkunft ist außerdem wunderschön, hat sogar eine intressante Geschichte und befindet sich ganz im Grünen, idyllisch und ruhig, trotzdem nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt. Das ganze Ambiente ist einfach sehr einladend und daher möchten wir uns bei Augustine sehr herzlich bedanken. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!!!

Die Wohnung ist klasse, man fühlt sich gleich wohl und willkommen und der Innenhof ist so schön! 🤗 Die Wohnung ist hell, in der Küche alles vorhanden was man braucht, im Bett haben wir gut geschlafen, die Badewanne genossen - es war rundum eine tolle Zeit! Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! We were seeking a peaceful and quiet space for Christmas and this was wonderful. Magdalena was absolutely a wonderful host, they were even so kind as to provide us fresh bread and cookies along with a Christmas tree to make our stay even more wonderful. My children loved the goats and chickens and bunnies. There is a train station a few minutes walk away to get into salzburg or other connections. All and all a 10/10 for us. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here who is looking for peace but also would like to be close to the city.

Alles wie auf den Bildern, schöne Wohnung, netter Host, Schlafzimmer für ein Doppelbett sehr eng! War aber für uns kein Problem ! Die Öffis sind manchmal nicht wie in der ÖBB App gefahren, weil also kein Auto hat sollte sich die Buspläne abfotografieren :)

This is a wonderful place with a wonderful view! Exactly as it appears in the photos with a well equipped kitchen, large sitting area, clean bathroom, separate bedroom with a very comfortable bed. You also have a good internet connection. It is a good location with the bus 5 minutes away which takes you straight to the centre of Salzburg in under 30 minutes and its free as you have the Tennengau Guest Card. Viktoria was lovely giving us great recommendations for cafés and restaurants as well as the best sightseeing locations in the mountains – which are literally on your doorstep. Highly recommend.

The best Airbnb we had the chance to stay at. Location was perfect, quiet and at about 20 mins from Hallstatt. The view of the fields and montains from the back patio is breathtaking. It has all of the amenities listed from shower supplies to coffee, robes and sandals, a few washing machines and dryers with soap. The rooms are large and everything is very clean and beautifully decorated. The loft is on the main floor, quiet and no need to cart the suitcases up the stairs. Parking is right in front. There is a wondeful bakery 3 mins away that serve great breakfast and desserts. Communication was outstanding and almost immediate. There is also food available in a fridge in the hallway that you can pay later, turned out to be really practical one night. We really enjoyed the place and highly recommend. Hope to come back if we have a chance. Thank you!!

We stayed in room Moritz, which was not only beautiful and pristinely clean, bit offered plenty of sleeping space and room for socializing inside and out. With beautiful views, you hardly would want to leave except for the call of the nearby lakes and assortment of nice restaurants. Thanks a lot to the owners for meeting us on arrival and for the nice tip to see the altaussee.

Die Wohnung ist ruhig und gut erreichbar gelegen, liebevoll und modern eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Wir haben uns bei Ann an den ersten Moment wie zuhause gefühlt und den Aufenthalt bei ihr sehr genossen! Ann ist eine wundervolle Gastgeberin, sie hat uns immer bei Fragen teilen, sogar einen Termin für den Tierarzt hast sie bei ihrem Doc für uns klargemacht als unser Hund Hunde brauchte. Vielen Dank, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Traumhaft schöne Unterkunft, absolut empfehlenswert! Walter war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns bei unseren Anliegen jederzeit geholfen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Wir 2024/2025 zwischen den Jahren für eine Woche mit zwei Familien (4 Erwachsene 5 Kinder) in dem Chalet in Annaberg. Das Chalet ist super gelegen, direkt an der Skipiste und auch gut zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung der Küche war wirklich vollumfänglich. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Das Chalet selbst ist schön aufgebaut, gut ausgestattet und bietet einen tollen Blick auf die umgebenden Berge. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider hatte wohl vorher jemand in dem Chalet geraucht (ist eigentlich nicht erlaubt), weswegen es im Untergeschoss nach kaltem Rauch gerochen hat. Der Vermieter hat hier schnell versucht über einen Raumduft zu helfen, was aber leider nur das Symptom gemindert hat. Aber da steckt man als Vermieter auch nicht drin und wir waren dankbar über die angebotene Hilfe.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Unterkunft gefühlt und sind Jakob für seine Gastfreundschaft sehr dankbar. Er war für alle wichtigen und unwichtigen Anliegen erreichbar👍🙂.

The house is huge (as the host’s heart!) , fully equipped; the place located within up to 1 hour from most points of interest; we very enjoyed our stay at Barth’s house! Very recommended.

Wir hatten mit den Kinder eine sehr schöne Zeit gehabt. Die Unterkunft und Lage ist top. Unsere Kids konnten dort im Garten toben, auf dem Trampolin hüpfen oder drinne mit etlichen Spielen spielen. In der Nähe haben wir tolle Ausflugsziele wie die Ruine Scharnstein, das Skigebiet Kasberg, den Wildpark Cumberland, den Almsee, den Traunsee und die Eurotherme "Aquapulco " besucht. Ein Highlight war für unsere Kids der Bauernhof oberhalb der Unterkunft. Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise haben uns Eike und Verena mit Tipps und Ideen versorgt und somit geholfen unseren Urlaub so schön wie möglich zu machen. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür 😀

We enjoyed our stay here so much! The house is very nice, quiet, spacious and comfortable. We were impressed by the very big attention to the small details, as you can find everything you need there for the stay. We and our kids enjoyed the big cozy living room, terrace in the amazing apple tree garden with the flowers. You can find lots of interesting places for some sightseeing - Wels, Linz etc. are just 15-20 away by car. For the kids we would strongly recommend Wels science museum and small city routes + zoo. Small bakery is 4 min on foot from the house, supermarkets/cafes are also very near. The host is super hospitable, thanks a lot for all the recommendations provided.

Sehr schön gelegenes Haus in einer ruhigen Lage. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sowohl im Außenbereich wie auch Innenbereich (ausreichend Küchenutensilie, Baby-Ausstattung usw.). Gabriela und Lena waren sehr nett, immer zu erreichen und antworteten sehr schnell. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Von Anfang an war die Kommunikation herzlich und unkompliziert – man fühlte sich sofort willkommen. Das Haus selbst übertrifft die ohnehin schon schönen Bilder: mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, vollständig ausgestattet und mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick sowie einem traumhaften Garten. Alles war perfekt – ein Ort zum Ankommen, Durchatmen und Wohlfühlen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

The house was very clean and well equipped. As the interior is modern and clean, you will enjoy city-like (fancy) house but with very beautiful lake which is in 10 minutes walking. On top that, I could enjoy the morning in the beautiful and cozy balcony. I will visit here again when I come to Gmunden. 집이 매우 깔끔하고 집주인의 세심한 배려가 곳곳에 보이는 곳입니다. 혹시 Traunsee쪽 오신다면 강추할만한 곳이네요. 주차도 아파트 주차공간이 별도로 있어, 차를 가지고 오신다면 이곳을 거점으로 할슈타트나 잘츠부르크도 한시간 거리로 가셔도 됩니다.(저흰 그리했어요~)

It’s one of the most beautiful modern apartment I visited during my trips in Europe. The place will make you feel happy and the view will take your breath away, and it’s good place to start your journey to beautiful villages near by, unfortunately if I knew the place will be like that I will absolutely continue my stay there without any hesitation . Die Wohnung ist super. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und sehr groß. Alles war sauber und wie beschrieben. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und toll zum spazieren. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und der Check in hat reibungslos geklappt. Gerne wieder.🤗

Superbe appartement avec très grandes pièces, très bien équipé, hyper calme, très bien placé. King size bed très confortable. Endroit reposant, clair.... tout pour un excellent séjour !

Very spacious flat in a great location. Two dedicated bedrooms and a living room with sofa bed. Sheets and bedding available for us to make up sofa bed. Excellent location and close to everything - no more than 5-10 mins flat walk to shops, bus, train station, restaurants. A really convenient base to explore the area. We did day trips to Hallstätt (20 mins on the train) and a day skiing at Dachstein west (40 mins directly on the bus). Stayed with my senior citizen mother and two sons, we all liked it.

Staying at Nuki was an amazing experience. Everything was clean, modern and comfortable. It is more than a rental place - it is like coming back to home. To be honest we did nt want to go out as the apartment itself was an experience and we and our 2 kids spend good time there.. All the equipment, utensils, the kitchen supplies including spices were more than any rental space provides usually. We also love the garden area with the grill and seating. We have stayed in many airbnbs before and this place was one of the best. We would love to stay there again. Thanks alot
