David's Airbnb is a great choice for one person or a couple looking to get away. The location is perfect, close to restaurants and bars and just a short 7 min drive to Heavenly. I stayed at David's place for a month and it had everything I could ask for. The WiFi/Internet was solid, I did not have any issues working remotely from the apartment. Also David is super helpful and easy to get in touch with.

Robert’s place is a gem and was wonderful to stay at, highly recommend staying here if you have the chance. The area is very serene and quiet, it’s a wonderful break from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

The place is basically ski in ski out and right next to a bar / grill in kirkwood. It was reasonable pricing compared to other options on the hill. I would stay again.

Great little place very close to lifts. Very clean and comfy bed. Would recommend for single person or couple.

Had a great time ! The condo had everything we needed - and the proximity to bear valley resort cannot be beaten! Will be back!

The place was spacious and beautiful scenery. There was a few minor instances such as the second floor chimney not working, hot tub jets weren’t functionable, and the master bathroom shower tends to overflow. Aside from these minor instances, everything else was perfect!

We had a great stay! We've rented many condos in Kirkwood, but this was the most convenient. It's right by the lifts, you get a reserved garage spot, a ski locker big enough for a family, and even a fitness center. With the Murphy bed and fold-out couch, the studio was very efficient, as there was a lot of room once we put the beds away in the morning. We especially loved watching the snow fall and the snow cats work through the window. We'd rent it again anytime!

We had such a great time at Beth’s place! She was EXTREMELY accommodating to us and our pups. The house is very spacious and was comfortable for our family of 8. Kitchen was FULLY equipped which allowed us to enjoy home cooked meals and they provided many board games that our family enjoyed playing. The fenced backyard was also such a perk for the doggo’s to run around and for us to even build a snowman out there. Tube Tahoe was also only 7 min away!! DEFINITELY, would recommend Beth’s place to anyone visiting the beautiful South Lake Tahoe.

We absolutely loved this house and the location. The furnishings were great and the house was so roomy. A short walk to the creek in the meadow were our kids spent countless hours playing. Its is a quite neighborhood, but conveniently located to restaurants and grocery stores. So many things around the area to do. We loved it!

Jordyn was a great host! The home had everything we needed. The house spices and lots of kitchen items for us to cook meals. Plenty of blankets and the home was cozy just as described. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful! The plumbing worked well, hot water came on almost immediately which is rare in Tahoe. The TV had all the streaming services so we were able to binge shows in our downtime. Jordyn also made sure to label everything so we weren’t looking around the house for everything we needed. She communicated well and even offered a later checkout time which was so helpful for us since we were traveling with a baby. We would definitely stay here again! Really minor but the only con on our end is that some of the kitchen utensils weren’t cleaned well by previous guests and there wasn’t a dish rack to leave dishes that were hand washed to dry.

Our family of 4 had a great stay! The hot tub was awesome and the location was great. Our boys (2 and 5) loved the house and it was great to have 2 separate bedrooms - one for us and one for the kids.

My family stayed there this weekend for my son’s birthday and we absolutely loved the house. We had such a great time, the house was so clean and the backyard was great for the kids to play in the snow. The game room and arcade game were amazing and the kids enjoyed it and kept them busy. 100% would recommend to anybody!

Easy check in instructions! Wonderful home, great outdoor spaces, would return due to proximity to Sierra Ski Ranch.

We felt right at home in this very cozy and clean home. We enjoyed the fireplace, comfortable beds and the short walk to the ski bus. Kerry was a very friendly and responsive host. We hope to be back!

We loved staying at Kristin’s place! Such a cute condo and perfect for our family. Condo is newly renovated, nice and cozy! Really appreciated clean linen and comforter as well. Kristin was responsive even though we checked on late. Hopefully we will be back next year!

Kirkwood is special, but what makes it super special are hosts like Svjetlana. The apartment is fantastic. The lifts are right across the road. After a day of snowboarding, the kids were able to pop into The Cornice for some games of pool. We loved the apartment.

great stay - walkable to lifts and ski home (with some poking around). lovely space where we could all gather together. well supplied kitchen and beautiful bedrooms and baths for personal space. thank you for a wonderful stay..

We loved this place. A very cool vibe and it was right next to Lift #1. The little restaurant/bar downstairs was a great place to eat and hang out too. It served us perfectly.

Great location and responsive hosts. Lots of room. There were only two of us but could sleep more easily. Wood burning stove a nice touch. Older building (although I think I all at Kirkwood are) but well appointed and convenient location. Covered parking with clearance over 7 feet . Literally a three minute walk to chairlifts

Susan was very nice and her place had everything needed to have a great time at the Kirkwood resort. Cabinets were stocked with anything you need to cook meals which you don’t see often with Airbnbs. Definately will be coming back!
