A lovely apartment just on the edge of Gateshead/Newcastle with an easy 15/20 minute walk into town. Great location if you’re looking to go into Newcastle town as you don’t even need to use a taxi but you can for 5minute journey plus there’s easy access to large supermarket too. The only negative would be the water pressure in the building, which isn’t the fault of the owners so I can’t fault them and there’s still enough pressure so I can’t fault the place

This is a great place to stay, right on the marina walking distance from many good restaurants and a great place to just take a stroll. Graham was always there to answer questions before we arrived. Everything in the Condo is well marked, he has all of the user manuals for all of the appliances and such. Notes conveniently placed so that you understand what is going on and how things work. We stayed for a whole month and was well worth the money for the stay. Would definitely stay in this condo again.

From the beginning we felt at home in Bellingham; the flat is spacious, clean and comfortable. Margaret is an excellent host: friendly, contactable and approachable. There are beautiful walks around the town and plenty of places to eat, as well as it being a fabulous location for exploring the historical sights. We'll definitely be back!

What a lovely apartment to stay in Durham! Chris was so nice to meet me there and show me everything with the apartment. The apartment is all new, very comfortable, with a beautiful peaceful setting on the river! He even bought me some food to get me through the mornings. It was so conveniently located to the town. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this apartment!

We had a great stay with our family. A fantastic location, just a short stroll from the pub and the beach. The place had everything we needed and the host was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

Lara’s place was perfect for us - clean and warm and quiet and had all the amenities you need for a stay. Warkworth is a lovely town with a couple of nice pubs/places to eat on your doorstep, walking distance to a great beach and parking for the property nearby was easy(and free). Would recommend!

wonderful. easy to get too. was a last minute due to the one we originally had booked cancelled on us due to being booked up. had everything we could possibly need if we needed it. ideal location, the agricultural inn is a minutes walk away and has great food and is dog friendly.

The flat was warm and cosy on arrival and remained so despite the January weather. The welcome gift was a lovely touch. The front windows caught the winter sun all day, with great views over the Tyne. It was comfortable, relaxing and quiet, just what was needed. The location is excellent for all the village amenities and for the metro station, perfect for trips out to the wider Tyneside area with its wide variety of interesting places. The acid test is whether we'd go again - the answer is a resounding yes.

What a great place to stay! A perfect place to stay very close to lots of lovely places. Great walks near the flat with great notes about local walks. The flat had everything you need for a very stay. Jenny has really thought of everything! Highly recommend the Signal Box

This is such a delightful beautifully kept space. Everything was perfect. We have had a tough few weeks with serious illness and bereavements, this was the perfect tonic for a week away. Fantastic homely property. Ideal for South Shields and access to fantastic beach. Host was 5 star and property was spotless clean. Make sure you follow the eating out recommendations, we loved them..

This was our 2nd stay at Paul's place. Its a lovely peaceful apartment, immaculately presented and just a short walk to the town center. Paul's communication was spot on and the bread, milk and little birthday cake were appreciated. I have already recommended Paul's placd to family members.

We absolutely LOVED this place! It was so charming. My family just loved staying in this lovely old building and we’re just blown away! We just wish we could have stayed longer! Great location for exploring Cragside and Northumberland. Make sure to get there in plenty of time to appreciate the beauty of this place. The shower was amazing and the log burner fire just made the place feel so cosy. Absolutely spotlessly clean. And the treats left for our dog was a very nice touch. There is also a booklet describing the local sights with the history behind them. It was a fantastic read. I can’t recommend this place enough!

lush place, thoroughly enjoy the stay at Alnwick. location was fantastic as easy to walk into town for shops and attractions. The apartment was well laid out with all that was expected with an excellent holiday let and very easy parking. Neighbour underneath the flat was very friendly, would highly recommend the apartment to anyone staying here.

What a great experience. Jens place was easy to find, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Jen was a great host, very responsive and very friendly and welcoming. The Airbnb is well placed to visit the NE attractions and is close to the main routes. It has everything you need including off street parking and is in a quiet and peaceful location. Highly recommend!

We’ve probably stayed in more than 10 airbnbs across England in the last 6 months and Martin’s was by far the best. It was clean, quiet, had a well-stocked kitchen, and was in a perfect area to enjoy walks to the city center, buses to the coast, and lots of fun in between. We especially loved having a clean washing machine and dryer, a comfy sofa, and the desk/workspace. Martin was so kind and even saved us when we accidentally locked ourselves out. Thanks, Martin!

Great stay and location. Hot tub was ideal to come back too after a very busy day out. Place was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Vending machine was handy for snacks. Easy parking to rear of the property and plenty of shops and takeaways nearby

Good location, great host. Easy to get into town in about 20 mins on foot. Plenty of room in the apartment. Very clean and comfortable. Kindly left tea coffee and snacks for our use. Two small points would be the doubles are small doubles, and there is a lot of litter around the entire area. Second one is not the fault of anyone but just for awareness Overall very good stay and would recommend for time in Newcastle.

This is our third or fourth time staying here. It was great as always. Thanks again.
