Onze villaweltevree-altea ligt in de bergen met zeezicht en is voorzien van alle comfort! Het uitzicht is uitzonderlijk mooi! Er is ook een schitterende tuin met meerdere terrassen en een prive zwembad . Een terras met barbecue ontbreekt natuurlijk niet om met elkaar van lekker eten en het mooie uitzicht te genieten! Tevens is er een garage. Het zwembad heeft een luxe gemakkelijke trap waar ook kinderen fijn op kunnen spelen. Natuurlijk zijn er ook mooie ligbedden en parasol aanwezig.

A 15-minute walk downhill into the village, this bungalow offers peace and tranquility surrounded by pine trees and mountains to the back. A 9-hole golf course is a 2-minute drive. An open-plan living room and kitchen leads to the large back terrace offering privacy and fantastic views of the countryside. Off the living area is a small corridor with 2 bedrooms and a shared shower room with WC. Fibre internet too!

Neben der gut ausgestatteten Küche, Bad mit Dusche und Bidet und einer Veranda mit Blick zum direkt davor gelegenen großen Pool (5 x 10m), gibt es auch Smart- und SAT-TV und ausreichend schnelles Internet. - Haustiere sind vor Buchung anzufragen. In den Sommermonaten sind keine Tiere erlaubt! -

The apartment is on the ground floor of a two storey private villa with pool. Guests will enjoy this tranquil setting whilst relaxing on the terrace, and by the pool (shared with the host). The area is great for wonderful walks in the countryside, with many a trail through woodland to local beauty spots such as the Fonts D'Algar. The apartment is a 3 minute drive from the village with its many bars, shops and restaurants, and is a 6 minute drive from the nearest of many great beaches.
