We enjoyed the cozy and charming touches. It was very clean and very comfortable and inviting. The extra touches like the snack basket and stocked coffee choices were nice.

Excellent stay at RivahLife! The views were spectacular and the home was exactly as described. Easy to find with lots of stuff for the kids and adults. Looking forward to returning during the warmer months as the fishing, boating, and swimming would be more desirable. Thanks for the high chair and portable crib. Those things really help when traveling with kids.

We had an amazing stay at The Hudson House. Immediately after walking in, I felt right at home. The house was big, but so cozy. This was my first Airbnb but definitely won’t be my last. Allen was always very quick to respond to my messages. He also had a very friendly tone to his messages. I have family in Salisbury. This will be my go to place, if available, each time I visit Salisbury.

Had a really great stay for three nights at this lovely home in Edgewater. The house sits on a corner lot with wonderful views of the bay. The neighborhood is safe and cozy. Lots of friendly people out walking and enjoying the surroundings. Felt right at home. The house was clean and very functional. Eddie was great to work with and I would recommend this to anyone wanting a home base for the Annapolis and surrounding areas.

This house is perfect for large groups. It is very spacious, with plenty of room to spread out and get comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the dock taking in the serene natural beauty of the Creek and observing the local birdlife, including Kingfishers, Great Blue Herons, and Bald Eagles. The house is situated very near to the entrance of Lookout Point State Park which we greatly enjoyed exploring on bicycles. Seeing a large wedge of Tundra Swans fly overhead was a special moment. If you want to spend some time relaxing in a beautiful setting in a beautiful and very interesting area with a large group, this house will serve you well.

We booked this as my father was in failing health. When he passed we asked for an extension and Kim graciously helped us out and we stayed through the funeral.

I could write a paragraph but I am going to keep it as short as possible for The Big Gray House. My family and I stayed there for our family get together. For some of us, it was our first Airbnb experience, for others it wasn’t. However, that does not take away from the fact that Kevin and Deb were welcoming. We were greeted with a warm welcome, snacks, a greeting card and an abundance of kindness. Kevin and Deb were both readily available and quickly responsive in case of any questions, needs and concerns. This experience was truly enjoyable. The house is a home. Kevin & Deb are truly one of a kind and genuinely great people. If we are ever in need of a place in MD again for a family vacation, we won’t hesitate to book! Thank you so much Kevin and Deb!

This was an excellent property for us. Location was great. Beds were comfortable. The whole house was comfortable. Really appreciated a family room with no TV. Allowed for family gathering with no distractions. TV on lower level was great for everyone else! Plenty of bathrooms. Well stocked, we didn't need to run for anything! Christopher provides a really comfortable and spacious place to stay. He responded to inquiries within seconds/few minutes. Really happy with this stay. We hope to be able to return.

Exactly what I wanted. A comfortable, cozy, quiet getaway, walkable to phenomenal scenery and restaurants. Loved it.

You couldn’t ask for a better location in downtown Annapolis. Everything was outside of your doorstep with restaurants and shops just around the corner. It is a beautiful downtown and waterfront. This was my first Airbnb experience and I couldn’t be more pleased. It was located above a restaurant with easy access and parking. The two bedroom complex was very modern and the owner was very accommodating. Understand that you are in the beautiful and busy downtown area and as long as you don’t mind a little bit of the downtown experience below you, it will be a great place to stay. I would definitely recommend this location for anyone who wants to experience everything downtown within walking distance. I will definitely go back to this location again, if it becomes available in the near future.

We had a winter visit and despite it being freezing outside the house was nice and toasty and we appreciated the fast hot water for showering. No fenced yard for our dog but it's a nice area to walk around. Central location, close to restaurants. Would stay again.

The apartment was nice and clean. Perfect for a short weekend in the area. We had no issues, would stay there again.

Wonderful host—I felt right at home. Had conversation prior to arrival and felt like I knew her very well before arriving. The view was spectacular I could have just sat on the patio and watched the woods and water all day. Was there for a school reunion so I had other activities that I had scheduled. This was by far, the best Air B&B experience I have had. Fantastic host, comfortable, and stunning scenery. I am going to try and revisit soon.

Our family had a perfect stay in Eastport. This spot is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood within a block of one of a maritime museum and a beautiful and accessible dock, and a great restaurant/bar around the corner. Annapolis is a short walk away. This location is perfect.

This spot was PERFECT for a group of us in town for a wedding weekend! The place was as described, and so walkable to a ton of shops/restaurants/everything!

We loved our stay here! The place was super walkable and area surrounded it was so cute. The place itself was really nice and clean, we especially loved the balcony! Will definitely be coming back!

We found the location of this air bnb to downtown great! We walked everywhere! The apartment was quiet and felt nice and bright and spacious. We loved the garage parking and the ease of getting in and out of the property. We did have an issue when we arrived to the apartment. It took about 45 mins to get ahold of the bnb contact but when they did respond they addressed the issue as quickly as was possible. While it wasn’t the best start of our trip, they went out of their way to compensate us for our lost time spent the first day which we really appreciated. We understand things happen and the way they handled the issue would make me comfortable to use their bnb again. Overall a great place to stay in Annapolis!

My family had an amaZing stay at Meagan place. The location was perfectly situated to walk everywhere. The space was sooooo comfortable.

The home was great. Very clean and a great location- right in downtown Annapolis. Definitely recommend this as a place to stay, and I plan to book again in the future!

A+++++ Super location, super host, super place! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The location is literally steps from city dock and all of the restaurants and shops it has to offer but is set one very short block back so it is quiet. The street is charming with historic homes and Inns, a brick sidewalk and a few doors down from the pedestrian gate to the Naval academy. The private parking spot was an amazing feature and we had no problem parking our SUV there. Nate was a super responsive host from the moment we booked until we left. We didn't need anything because he gave such detailed info but we knew if we had any questions he would be there to help. The inside was spotless, comfortable and welcoming with an open layout. The bed was very comfortable. Thank you Nate and we can't wait to stay with you again next time we are in Annapolis!

Our visit is always wonderful not only for the lovely setting and convenience of being in town, but for the gracious hospitality. Not only are Chris and Kate welcoming and attend to any needs, their staff at the Oxford Market are also marvelous folks. The cottage is a great fit for my elderly parents as it is all on one floor. The location is perfect as you can walk to many delightful places. My Dad enjoyed getting the newspaper and homemade muffins each morning. Just perfect! Thank you! Katie Dodds
