In Alburgh, VT, just north of N. Hero, our cottages face Isle LaMotte to the west, with spectacular lake and sunset views. We have 8 cottages on site, so if you don’t see what you need, please ask. Perfect for relaxing, fishing, water sports, golfing, and to use as a home base for fun day trips. Wake up to stunning views of the lake from your private deck, and enjoy the clear starlit sky at night. Dogs are welcome with Owner approval and payment of a Pet Fee per dog per trip, maximum of 2 dogs.

When morning comes, enjoy your coffee while cozied up in front of the fireplace or stay in bed and take in the views. And with plenty of woods to explore, it's your perfect escape at your pace.

Newly renovated 600 square foot house features a heat pump, WIFI, new flooring fresh paint, and comfortable furniture to kick back and relax in. We have a fully stocked kitchen, a 40 inch TV with Roku, a gas grill and all linens and towels are included. Boat launch and Alburg Sand Beach (the dunes) is about 3 minutes as well. Harborside Market has all the essentials. Explore the local restaurant scene. Visit The North Hero House, Shore Acres or The Blue Paddle for a delicious meal.

The cottage offers wonderful outside living: 2 kayaks and a canoe are at your disposal, a 5-burner BBQ for your chef skills, and a fire pit for quiet evenings by the camp fire. In addition, the lake offers excellent fishing, including salmon, lake trout, bass, and pike.

Lakehouse Loft Apartment

This newly construction upstairs loft has lake access and views of majestic Lake Champlain. Dogs under 25 pounds are allowed w/ permission and a $25 per night, per dog, pet fee. (Maximum of 2 dogs) If your dog is larger, please don't ask. Pit-bulls, pit-bull mixes, Dobermans, and Rottweilers are not allowed as per our insurance. There are reputable kennels nearby for you use, so you can have you pet close, for day trips.

Lake Champlain Waterfront Apartment Rental

This cozy apartment is located directly on Maquam Shore in St Albans. There are 2 decks to enjoy the lake views as well as a vast waterfront patio to take in the sun! Two kayaks are available for guest use. You will love the amazing sunsets , quiet and tranquil surroundings and summer lake life. We are close to Burlington, Montreal, the Lake Champlain Islands and ski resorts.
