Rainey’s Retreat, nestled between Ivy and Crozet

Our home is nestled in between Ivy and Crozet, Virginia at the base of the Blue Ridge Mountains. We live on a private 2 acre lot that is surrounded by trees and wildlife. We have daily visits from deer, squirrels, chipmunks, rabbits, a variety of birds, and on occasion we see fox and bears. It feels very secluded yet convenient to everything. We are just 8 miles from UVA, convenient to many local wineries and breweries, and have hiking and biking opportunities all around us.

Studio Guest "Cottage"

Located 100 feet from the main house, in a separate building, is our studio. (Please note the studio is one room with bathroom, essentially like a hotel room ) We are a 20 min walk way from the downtown mall. Featuring a queen size bed, kitchenette (fridge, toaster oven, microwave, coffeemaker) Bathroom includes a marble wall. Floor is heated in the winter *No Pets *We currently do not have a designated path leading to the studio. * the room itself is the size of a bedroom
