Thank you so much for such a wonderful time! Elizabeth was a gracious host. She makes incredibly delicious top-knotch coffee and was like a friend who you go to see and wish you could stay a few nights longer! She gave us great hiking ideas and told us of a delicious breakfast spot dive. Nathan, Tyson and I hope to be back again.

Wonderful cottage. Peaceful surroundings. Lots of open grounds and 30 min drive to Charlottesville. Lots of room to spread out. Wonderful weekend getaway.

This cabin is a hidden gem in the woods near Shenandoah—peaceful, stunning, and surrounded by nature. If you’re looking for a quiet, beautiful escape with breathtaking views, this is the place. Photos don’t do it justice. One of the most serene stays I’ve ever had.

Such a great place for large groups looking to get away for a couple days. Beautiful outdoor areas with a great grill and fire pit. The house was also very beautiful and clean. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place in the area.

This was my first Air BnB experience. I was most pleased with the experience. The home was clean, well stocked and imminently comfortable. Great location, on a quiet residential street with easy access to all of the events we had planned. Sara was a delight, easy to work with, generous and helpful.

We had a great time and would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a Charlottesville weekend. The Host was super accommodating and helpful, and took the time to meet us at check in and explain the space as well as provide information regarding things to do in the surrounding areas. She also made herself available for any other inquiries that we had both in the time leading up to the reservation and while we were there. The property itself has an excellent location close to many of the attractions in UVA and the surrounding areas. Would definitely stay here again the future.

It was an easy place to find, not too far from ant cities or major highway. The host was very nice and welcoming. We had a room to ourselves which was very clean and some snacks were provided. Overall had an amazing time staying here.

This was the second stay at Vickie's for me. The location stands out for its peace. natural beauty and charming gardens. Vickie really is a terrific host. She is warm, positive, flexible, and eager to ensure your stay is a good one. The accommodations are clean and comfortable. I'd recommend morning coffee in one of the big, comfortable chairs near the bird feeder!

What a unique property! We really enjoyed our stay at the White Lotus and would highly recommend it for a quiet getaway. Thanks for having us!

I felt so blessed to be a part of the White Lotus community for a few days- this place may just become my home away from home!! The White Lotus is close to Shenandoah National Forest and The Skyline Drive, so was I able to take some beautiful hikes within 30 minutes or so of the retreat. I also visited Charlottesville one evening for dinner and enjoyed the staff/vibe at The Whiskey Jar. The White Lotus is very secluded, but there is a Food Lion not far for groceries and some cute towns nearby to explore. I got an amazing massage from Tim during my stay, and highly suggest taking advantage of the services offered by staff and community members. The grounds are definitely worth exploring-- I spent over an hour just walking and taking pics!! Thanks to David, Tim, Keith and Heather for making me feel so at home; I feel healed in new ways after this amazing experience. Now that I've found this magical place, they won't be able to keep me away!
