The yurt is fully furnished with a queen sized bed, futon, rocking chair, mini dinette, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig. Plates, glasses, silverware, bedding, and towels provided. Yurt is located near the main house, yet a privacy courtyard had been created for additional solitude. Hot showers and flushing toilets are in a separate, unheated building about a 3 minute walk away. Glamping at its finest!

This place is pretty quiet for being off a main road (except for work traffic between 6:45-8:45am). Weekends, always more quiet. We're next to a very quiet firehouse, which are thoughtful of the residents, they're hardly ever noisy. *Pets/additional fee of $30 for one dog for the stay. Only up to 25lbs. If planning on bringing your dog, please notify before booking to confirm.

Studio has own entrance and is separate from the main house. Studio has its own private bathroom with a shower, and laundry facilities, electric heat in the winter. Air conditioning only in the main sleeping area of the bnb in the summer. There is a food prep area with a large sink. There is no oven but several small appliances available for meal prep. Studio sits on 6 acres with nearby hiking trails or towns. Would be nice for the traveling contractor who needs a room.

Beautiful, spacious, well maintained and very clean house in great newer NE Albany neighborhood. This air conditioned house sleeps 12 people (10 in beds) and has 4 all upstairs bedrooms. Sleeping arrangements are as follows, 1 King size bed, 2 Queen size beds, 4 twin size beds, 2 couches. Full access to well equipped kitchen, laundry room, private back yard, Wifi, Roku.
