Great as always. We've stayed at Dave's place multiple times. I don't think we could stay anywhere else for our trip to Gainesville. He's the best.

5 Stars - Exceptional Host! I’ve stayed at several Airbnbs, but Lisa was by far the best host I’ve ever had. She was incredibly communicative and responsive, which was especially important during our stay. The place was perfect for our needs—very clean and well-maintained. What stood out most was how thoughtful and accommodating Lisa was. My wife was scheduled to be induced at the hospital nearby, but when our plans were unexpectedly delayed, Lisa went above and beyond to ensure my family and I had a place to stay. She was so understanding and made everything stress-free for us. As a sweet gesture, she even got my little one a new toy and something special for our newborn daughter. That level of kindness was deeply appreciated. I highly recommend any Airbnb managed by Lisa. She made our experience memorable and stress-free, and I’ll definitely return if I ever need a place again.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Hooch house! 🐾🛶 Dean and Katie were stellar hosts, we couldn't have felt more at peace during our stay. Since already being familiar with the area...we were stoked to find a spot so close to Silver Springs, Barberville Art Imporium and "Odd Todd's" (great food if you're ever in the area!) This little private getaway was PERFECT for our needs. Great wifi signal....so the movies never buffered or paused midway through watching them....extremely clean and cozy....and plenty of space to move around. Being able to do laundry while traveling was a huge bonus A+++ We'd definitely book again. Thank you both for the incredible memories.

Randy was an awesome host, and an exemplary example of true hospitality. After checkout, we unexpectedly needed to stay another night in the area. we assumed we wouldn’t be able to rebook with Randy after just checking out the same day but, after reaching out, he quickly replied and let us come right back for the night.  He was extremely communicative throughout our entire stay. We accidentally left a few belongings behind which Randy promptly offered to ship out to us. Randy’s daughter was very kind and, had she not offered us a hand when looking for the light switch to the grill area, we never would’ve known she was there. The home is beautifully situated on a private and peaceful lot in the country, but close to local Springs and restaurants. We felt right at home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend Randy’s home to anyone looking to stay in the area, and definitely plan to stay again in the future. Thank you!

This place was magical. A group of 8 of us came together for my 30th birthday and had an absolute blast. The river was gorgeous and we enjoyed hanging on the dock, kayaking and having fires in the fire pit at night. Absolutely beautiful place close to the springs for our Ichetucknee adventure, with plenty of good spots to eat and drink in town. We cooked a couple big meals here and had no issues with anything in the kitchen. Ample seating and space! I recommend bringing your own ice and water, but other than that, everything we needed was available in the house itself! We will remember this trip for years to come and hope to be back soon! Can’t say enough about the peace you find at Blessed Acres. Whether you looking for an entertainment venue or just some simple R & R, you’ll find it here. The host truly goes the extra mile for her guests. I highly recommend a stay at Blessed Acres.

We were traveling moving to Florida and stopped and stayed at this beautiful home. It was very clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. We brought our pups with us and they loved the big fenced in backyard to run around in. Also another awesome thing was the poop bag station they had in the back yard for the dogs. Me and my family truly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend this home!!

I loved every moment of my stay at this peaceful oasis in nature. I had everything I needed to be able to cook and I really enjoyed the outdoor/indoor vibe of the greenhouse lounge area. It's an excellent location for access to many amazing springs. 10/10 would recommend.

Very cute little home. Loved the little dog bowls for your pup! We split this with another family during a baseball tournament we had in newberry and we walked into cold waters in the fridge and snacks on the counter! The kids lived that. Loved that there were a ton of extra sleeping blankets and cots! The area had everything around as well!

Great location right beside the Haile Farmer’s market which was fun to explore on Saturday morning. Playground across the parking convenient if you have young kids! Good location within 5-15min of major grocery stores, Target, Trader Joes and many restaurants. Would recommend those looking for a quiet place to stay while visiting the area.

We enjoyed feeding the animals. We brought apples and carrots for them. The baby goats are adorable, and Highland cows and donkeys and ponies! We rented a slip for our bass boat at Sportsmans Cove nearby. The fishing was not very good maybe due to time of year, but we caught a few small bass. The hydrilla is thick throughout Orange Lake. The Airbnb had a comfortable bed. We requested an additional portable heater because the one heater wasn't enough for both rooms, and it was immediately provided. . The induction stove has only one burner, but there is also a crock pot and an air fryer and outdoor grill. As other reviews stated, the dogs do bark in the mornings at times, and roosters crow very early. We used ear plugs at night which helped us to sleep. Don't miss the huge old Live Oak in their front yard that's hundreds of years old!

Needed somewhere to stay for the night while working in Gainesville. Saw this clean spacious town home. It was perfect for my son and I . The bedrooms are upstairs and not next to each other but acroos from each other , giving guests complete privacy. Highly recommend Yennis place to anyone wanting a quiet peaceful night sleep. 10 ⭐️.

Beautiful place! We stayed here for a wedding at the botanical gardens and it was perfect. The condo was super clean, we received clear instructions, and we had everything we needed. The large bathroom was great for getting ready. Steven was responsive and helpful the entire time. Thank you!

Loved my stay at Freckled Face Farm! My grandkids enjoyed the pool and we all gathered around the firepit for s'mores later that same night. What a great location and I love the fenced in area for kids and dog security. The apartment was wonderful and very well stocked with everything you need. We even used the bread maker for a pizza dinner! I can't wait to return with my dogs later this summer! Thank you Julia and Roland!

Absolutely amazing stay! The house is beautiful and stocked with everything you could think of. Bonus points for so many extra towels and linens. If you’re visiting Ginnie Springs you won’t find a better location. It’s close by and easy to get to and there are plenty of cute, local restaurants and shops near by. Communication with the host was spectacular! Super responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

The housewas spotless and had everything we needed. Very quiet neighborhood. And Kimberly was very responsive. Will definitely try staying here againwhen we are working in the area.

Very neat and tidy older home. I t exactly met my needs.

Our second visit did not disappoint. Saw lots of deer, fish, a few small gators. Enjoyed the games at the house on a rainy day. Michelle and Jeff helped shuttle kayaks and our group up river and saved us money on renting a service. Everything at the house was comfortable and our family had a great time.

It was such a treat to stay at Kim's "Meant to Be". The cabin is cute, comfortable and clean. Being able to walk to the Ichetucknee River, tube down for an hour, and then walk back is really something special. Our dog enjoyed it too. We also had the magical experience of seeing the firefly show in the woods surrounding the house each night. I have never seen anything like it. It was amazing. We certainly enjoyed our stay at Kim's place and hope you do too.

This was our second stay in this wonderful home. It’s quiet & peaceful. The yard is huge! The dog loved being able to run & play. Neighbors waved & let us know if we needed anything, they were available. We will be booking again for next year.
