Our Houses were built in 2020 for our guests who wants to have a vacation. They are located in the hotel area in Turgutreis. They are 300 meters away from beach and you can go there for swimming or for sightseeing, the famous sunset, you can rest in our exterior seating area while eating fruits from our garden, such as grapes would be right on top of you when you are sitting in our veranda, you can swim in 55 square meter swimming pool. Our houses has every amenties you may need in your holiday.

Newly built suite "AMMOS" with panoramic view of the area and the amazing sunset from our verandas. In the centre of the most touristic area of Kalymnos Island, Masouri, yet, in a quiet and isolated spot. Designed to accomodate families of four to five persons, with one separate bedroom and one double bedded traditional "kratthos". Kitchen is fully equipped to meet the demands of our guests. Away from Bodrum's crowd and noise, yet it is close by beach is only a 7 minute walk away. The Bodrum is a 16 minute drive, and the airport is 15 minutes away by car. Buses to Bodrum center run every 30 minutes. Located right next to a pine forest, our spacious garden features chickens, cats, birds, fruit trees, and vegetables. The air-conditioned house accommodates 3 people and is suitable for both families and singles. The beach is clean, child-friendly and blue flag beach-sea.

There are electric heaters in the bedrooms. There's a 2,5 tons water supply with pump in case of water shortage.

"Villa Athena" consists of 5 separate one-bedroom apartments on garden level (ground floor) and is situated in a prime location facing the beautiful sandy beach of Tigaki. Each apartment has one main bedroom and then the seating area with kitchenette has 2 other beds.(There is air conditioning in each apartment- it's optional & if one decides to need to use it then there's a small extra charge per day). Each apartment has its own private bathroom with shower.
